This CVS pharmacy is my absolute favorite. So efficient, so friendly and always willing to assist. Donna is a great pharmacist, very professional and always answers any question about a prescription. Great job CVS Target, Tyler! I get all my prescriptions and immunizations here!!

They meet the minimum standards of being a pharmacy, not much more I can say about them. Their listed opening hours don’t appear to mean anything. As I write this review, I’m sitting outside target at 4:10pm. Google says they are closing at 5. And yet, they already have the shade pulled, and no one is there.
Sorry mom, no medicine for you today.

Great place with friendly staff to shop and order from. This store has a little more than some of the others whereby, many times I go out of the way to shop at it. I would love to do more delivery order but the stock tend to go quickly.

Can't find medicine that is supposed to be in stock. Pharmacist stated" I don't know where it's kept." Staff just kept mumbling and rolling eyes.

Hands down the most rude, understaffed pharmacy in smith county. Every time I get refills I have to wail 20 minutes just for them to greet me, then even tho I called it in 2 days prior, they have to “fill it so please walk around the store for another 20 minutes.”
They have also refilled my Rx showing I still have refills, which come to find out I’m out so I have to call my Dr. and get it all called back in. They are just horrible and will be switching back to Rose City or Walgreens.

“Chance” with this location has the rudest, most demeaning tone when handling customers. Both on the phone and in person, rudely interrupting customers when speaking and not answering questions fully. Called to confirm what information was needed, arrived with the information I had and confirmed was “okay” rudely answered back with “well we can’t call them and find out you need to bring this info in or we can’t help you”Will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere

I went to get my flu shot and the regular pharmacist wasn’t in. The standin pharmacist was the Rudest most unprofessional pharmacist in the business.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY!! I have been waiting two weeks for them to order a vaccine that I’ve been told them I need ASAP and I get told it takes two days to get there, but every time I call it hasn’t been ordered right, or it has not been ordered at all.The only reason I haven’t gone somewhere else is because I was told it would be there in two days.Horrible customer service! Argumentative on the phone when I asked why I keep being told it’s ordered and it’s not, then I get a man telling me well I can give you other options. That’s not the point I know my other options but the fact that I’ve been LIED to multiple times INCLUDING BY THE MANAGER OF THE PHARMACY that it has been ordered and it hasn’t is absolute absurd. And the whole reason I kept waiting is because I have been told several times that it would be there in two days!!!DO BETTER!!
