Store was exceptionally clean and neat. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking for Neosporin + pain. The youngest lady went beyond and showed me the latest Neosporin. Neosporin + Lidocaine, within 3 minutes of the first application, my pain level had dropped immensely. Thank you, CVS, and employees for making my surgical procedure much better.

I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes before one car even moved. 25 min to service one customer? I couldn’t believe it. Over 45 min were spent in the line. That is insanely long to wait in a line that is only 6 cars long.

They will not compound medication for you just sell you pills. Try TylerRX instead I had a great experience there you don't get treated like a federal ID number and they will actually go out of there way to help you .

Jeremy in the pharmacy is very rude and unprofessional. If he's having that bad of day he should just be sent home. No reason at all for him to be vicious or rude to customers just trying to get their medics.

I needed my prescription transferred to a pharmacy where I was going to be out of town, this pharmacy wouldn't answer their phone , then when I got a hold of them they said it will be ready that day , the next day came I called the other pharmacy it turned out this pharmacy in Tyler sent my prescription to California so I had to wait another day , finally by the time they sent it to the correct pharmacy it was time for me to come back to Tyler so now I've been 5 days without my prescription.luckily it isn't a medicine helping me stay alive
