He told my mother he'd give her some money back and didn't after he kept her car 6 months she wouldn't give me the address to his shop so I could personally go see him but he kept telling her every week he was almost done and she had to borrow cars to get back and forth to work because he kept her car that should've been done in 2 weeks 6 months. I would not recommend anyone use this guy or his shopService: Body & Trim

I put my car in shop on sept 9, 2022. I kept calling and was told numerous lies and the progress on my car. Several "emergencies" seem to happen. After 4 months of hearing lies about the progress, I finally sent an email since get the owner on the phone it seems. I got my car back on February 6, 2023 after texting the owner that I just need to car and take it somewhere else. My was simply scratched down the side and collision. He told not to turn my rental car in he would pay for it. I used rental for an extra week and no offer to pay. Then for 5 months I had to figure how to get to work and anywhere else I wanted to go. This is the most blatant abuse of anybody I have seen or heard. Nightmare. Kept my 2 days short of 6 months. Explain that.

Dell has served my family for ten years having done paint and body work on 4 different vehicles and a tractor. He gives you a fair price and is an honest guy.
