Dent Concepts saved the day with speedy, expert repair of my Dodge Ram's door ding. Owner Joel Ford is super friendly, explains things clearly, and gets the job done fast. Bonus points for offering his office to work while I waited and cranking up the heat (it was a cold day in December)! Ding is gone, smile is back. Highly recommend Dent Concepts for any dent.

Passed by today on my way to a mechanic shop and seen the sign- I am so glad I stopped- within five minutes a dent was fixed at an amazingly fair fair rate. No hassles an just in and out- very professional and efficient. Kuddos guys !

I could not be any happier with the work provided. I did call around for quotes. Not only were they the best price in town but I feel the best service. I highly recommend it will be using them in the future. on another note I hope I wouldn’t need the service again staying away from dents lol.

Crinkled my Enclave back hatch some. Joel stuck a plunger to the dents and smoothed them out about 95% in 5 minutes. AT NO CHARGE!!!!!!! He wouldn't take anything. What a way to get future customers. He's the best.

After I submitted a quote request for dent removal to all BBB accredited dent removal businesses in the area, Joel from Dent Concepts was the first to respond. He stayed open a little late so that I had time to get there for an estimate. Joel's estimate was fine, and to make it convenient for me he did the work while I waited and watched. The end result was flawless. I highly recommend Dent Concepts for dent removal.
