Went in for shoes and instead of associates there to help there is a self help kiosk... which didn't even work. Giving 2 stars because the selection at least *looked* decent. Promptly took my business elsewhere regardless.

My husband was in Dick's Sporting Goods this week to pick up some pink sports tape and a pink mouth piece for our son's football game. James assisted him in finding what he needed. The specific tape he needed showed that it was in stock, but not was on the floor shelves. James went into the stock room and found some for him. James gave him great customer service with a smile. Great customer service is hard to find these days.

The people were less then helpful and want gun control they want your rights taken their liberal veiws are horrible not a place for family or anything... use academy they have more and better prices and is family oriented

We had a great experience here. The associates in the shoe section were were knowledgeable and kind. We bought two pairs of Hokas that fit great! They had a huge selection of shoes. The store was very clean and well stocked. Sydney the associate at the cash register was very friendly! We are very happy with our experience here. We will be back!

Brandon the bike specialist was very knowledgeable and helpful while picking up a bike. The entire bike was checked over thoroughly to ensure it was in perfect condition. During checkout, Kairron was very helpful and pleasant as well. Overall my experience was wonderful and will return for any further needs.

Daughter needed some basketball shoes. Also needed a purple shirt for Halloween. Had a manager "bird dogging " me and my 2 children age 13, and 15. Being a little too helpful. Felt like he thought we were going to try to steal something. I told the guy we weren't going to try to spend alot of the shirt after he suggested "nike". Guy told me " I could go to Ross next door". In my opinion he is a funny bunny. He is also a person that doesn't look like me.

About as good a sporting goods store for standard sporting goods aimed at the casual athlete as there is these days. They have a good selection of reasonably priced golf shoes and a fairly wide selection of other golf equipment and necessities.
