Great roofing company to work with. I replaced my shingle roof with a standing seam roof. Shon Dickson reviewed my options and executed an excellent job. We had no problems and the roof looks terrific. The job was well managed in some challenging weather conditions. Dickson did a terrific job and I would highly recommend them.

We had extensive storm damage this summer and it was Dickson Roofing to the rescue. They were so amazing to work with and replaced the roof on our little cabin with the highest level of craftsmanship. We are so pleased. This summer, Dickson Roofing did a phenomenal job installing a new roof on my lake house. The materials were top quality and the workmanship was incredible. Thank you Shon, Jamie and Matt for supervising the job and making sure it was done right before letting the crew leave the job site. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

everything in detail and making sure nothing is left out, and I do mean nothing is left out!! The best business man I’ve seen in a long time. I’m really enjoying working with him not only with my roof with all other things that are involved he has been outstanding and excellent and every detail! The communication is super over the top!!!!

I had extensive damage to my roof due to hail. I called Josh Mims with Dickson roofing on recommendation from a friend. Josh was so good to work with and explained every detail and oversaw the installation of my new roof. He shared with me all of my options and guided me through the process. His honesty amd guidance is like no other I've ever received. Thank you, Josh Mims! You're the best!

I am a real estate agent in Tyler and often have clients that need an honest and reputable roofer (one that’s not just out to make money off the insurance companies…. ).I asked a close colleague who they prefer as their “go to” roofer that they recommend to clients & was referred to Dickson Roofing.From the moment I called until we got to the closing table, Shon was on top of it. Every text I sent, he was quick to respond and made me feel like we were the ONLY customer he was working with at that moment and I know that’s not the case. He was always courteous and professional.He was able to accommodate our time schedule in getting the roof done in a short timeframe. (It was required to be completed prior to closing per the lender so we were super grateful for that.)This roof install was not the most smooth process but was NO fault of Dickson Roofing. Dickson roofing was amazing. They did a fantastic job replacing the roof and repairing the damaged that we sustained. They were all very professional and a pleasure to work with. I'm sure there are companies that are cheaper, but a company that is particular about quality is more important than saving the insurance company a few bucks. I will definitely recommend them to everyone that asks. I will definitely be using them from now on.
