Called ahead and they had the tires I needed but only had 3. Instead of having wait and order another tire they gave me a better set of tires and matched the price of the cheaper ones I wanted. Always great service! They said it would take an hour like most places and it took right at an hour. But, I was able to grab lunch and they texted me when my car was ready.

I had an excellent experience today with this company at this location. I go there regularly and I trust that they do the right thing every time. Brett and Taylor were total professionals. Purchase the warranty. It pays for itself.

I have never left a review for a business in my life, but I can't recommend this location enough. I hired a shipper to pickup a boat in Texas and drive it to me across the country. When the shipper arrived, it was clear the tires on the trailer were not going to make it. Joe in Tyler, TX couldn't have been nicer, or more helpful. He got us in first thing in the morning, had the proper tires in stock and also set me up with a spare and an extra wheel just to be safe. Got my shipper back on the road ASAP. I couldn't find what I needed anywhere else in the area. Discount Tire really saved my bacon. Thank you!

Quality tires at great prices; love that you can purchase the replacement certificates, for a small additional charge and your tires will be replaced for free, or prorated, depending on how much tread is on them, of something goes wrong. I have purchased all of my tires from Discount Tire for 20+ yrs
