The supervisor was rude. Waited a long time for her to explain why I was charged for an even exchange. She said You owe back. Didn't understand why I would owe. I wont be back this way. Only came to this store because I was in the area. Her customer service was horrible. I have worked in retail and was never as rude as she was. Talked to me as if I was unintelligent. No one in line but I seemed like an inconvenience to her. She helped her employee with her till instead of helping me. Had me swipe my card and handed me paper to sign and walked away. I said when you have time and she said yes and kept helping her employee. I made sure what I chose (since you can't get a refund) was exactly to the dollar. I even added another item after asking was that enough and she said no you need something else. Do better Sup! I won't be back to this store because of your attitude.

Even though they are now $1.25 on their lowest prices and go up, I still find them cheaper than stores like Walmart, Target, and Family Dollar.

You can't beat the price, of course.Also of course, you're paying in other ways. Narrow aisles, unboxed inventory, inconsistent stock, sometimes long waits.Get greeting cards for literally a fourth of the big box store price. That's literally literally, not figuratively literally.The Brim's popcorn and Pennysticks pretzels are some of my favorite junk food, regardless of price. It's a coinflip whether or not they'll be sold out, though.

Boxes everywhere, products a mess, nothing is ever stocked fully, and seasonal items barely get stocked before the holidays. Over the last year it's gotten progressively worse and it's very frustrating. I recommend only going here if it's a super common item and you don't mind climbing around boxes. The one on South Broadway and the one in Whitehouse are much much much better.

Very poor service rude racist staff. Very unsettling was called racial slurs with my children present. Very disappointed that people act like that. Called to finish transaction with a different person and was still not serviced although I had done nothing wrong just asked for help for Someone to check us out.
