Bought a car they lied about what they newly have done to the car, bunch of problems with it right off the lot. Spent more fixing it the first month then what I put down on the car and what they wanted for the car in general. Absolutely a shame. Don’t buy a vehicle here unless you wanna dump money into repairing it and or just everything. Worst decision I have made.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would do just that. Recently I purchased a Chevy Cruze for $4600. Immediately after purchase the check engine light came on but I didn’t think nothing of it and thought maybe it was as a sensor problem. A couple of weeks later the car ran hot and I took it to my mechanic only to find out it had a blown head gasket and the motor was bad. I called and spoke with Mr Dorsey son and he would always say he has to speak with his dad. He would never call back and I always had to call him. I was just asking them to meet me somewhere in the middle to resolve the situation. The last time I spoke with Mr Dorsey son he said I could take the car across the scale or sell it for parts. So my very hard earned dollars were thrown down the trash on a car I can sell for parts or take across the scale. This is totally unacceptable . I understand the as is sell but when something as major as a motor go out on a car a month after purchase I would expect a reputable dealership to try and work with the customer. If you are reading this review and thinking about buying from them please don’t. I suggest you take your money and not walk but run from this dealership to avoid yourself the headache!!

Driving by this dealership, I saw a truck that interested me. The next day, I stopped in to chat with Mr. Dorsey and his son. I drove the truck and purchased it the same day. These men are great to deal with and make purchasing a vehicle a pleasire. The truck has been most dependable and operates perfectly.I thank them for their friendly manner and professional handling of my purchase.

These people are the absolute worst!! Do not buy from them! They are rude and unethical! Sold me a lemon! I bought the car in March and the first week the check engine light came on, took it back to see if they could do something the son/ brother talked to me like I was slave in masters quarters. Then pretended to fix it. Now it is July I have had problems every since then and now the car has completely stop working!!

I bought my Ford edge in September of 2022. It is now July of 2023 and this is one of the best vehicles I've purchased. It runs strong and every thing on it works. I wanted to wait a while to review so I could be sure in my reviews. We've taken several trips out of town, and it's my daily driver. Other than it needing an alignment when I got it nothing was wrong with it. (Which when buying a used car some work is going to be expected.) We are starting to look for something larger and we will definitely be looking here first.

No words can express to stay away from these crooks enough. Been buying used cars for 20 years and this was by far the worst experience ever.. New radiator, new alternator, ac compressor went out, $2300 in suspension work, fuel pump went out.. all within a year. They live up to their reputation as a trash dealer..

Highly unethical and fraudulent business people. Many locals know their reputation as a lemon lot. Stay safe financially by looking to other dealerships. I bought two vehicles from them. They scammed me out of a sale twice and they went against their word for a promised repair amount which they never responded to and denied when I showed up. I never received the check they disclosed to a government agency that intervened. I gave them many opportunties to do the right thing. Pay attention to how they responded to other reviews and you'll notice this truth. Stay away from this business.

My son found a car he liked and we decided to take a road trip from north of Houston to Tyler. Steven was super personable and did a fair deal. Small businesses need a little meat on the bone and buyers should always keep that in mind when trying to strike a bargain. We love to support small family businesses anytime we can. The car drove great on the journey home and my son loves it! We are glad the few bad reviews-mostly based on unrealistic expectations in regards to purchasing a used car did not keep us from what was a pleasant experience. If we ever need another used car we will definitely check out what they have for us- our experience yesterday would make it worth the almost 6 hour round trip.
