This is not your typical fitness experience. This boot camp style workout can meet you wherever you are and move you forward. It's for any fitness level! Owner/Trainer Melanie Edwards is incredibly knowledgeable and can provide more than just a workout. With her guidance, I've had amazing success! I've been a member for 3 years and plan to be for many more!

This Boot Camp is so fun. Always a different workout, never boring. The whole camp is so accepting no matter what your level is coming in. Melanie helps with meal planning and modifications where you need them. So even though it is a group class she tailors everything for what you need! If you are looking to improve your overall health and fitness I can't recommend this program enough.

I love ETABC! Melanie is very knowledgeable and works hard to provide a holistic approach to our health and fitness with creative workouts, tasty mealplans, and continuous motivation. I am hooked and would highly recommend this program!
