East Texas Mortuary is wonderful! Prep work is phenomenal and they always do a great job. Abbi is one of the best people they have there! She is very punctual, considerate, kind, and caring when it comes to handling things.

Lisa is rude. No compassion period. If cheap is what you want cheap is what you get. So cheap you pick up your loved ones remains in the parking lot off the hood of a vehicle. At no point was there a shred of compassion from this woman. I was in total shock over the parking lot pick up. If I could give zero stars I would. Most unprofessional encounter I've experienced regarding funeral services.
