The sales representative was awesome. He helped me through the process in every step. I was confused on how to do it, but he was very cooperative and very patient with me! I was having a hard time with the app. He walked me through every step I would highly recommend the storage unit to anyone looking for storage in Tyler.

Got my unit quickly off online and was able to come by with access the day of. My unit was clean and Chad came by to say hello and offer a friendly smile! Entire place is well kept and clean! Super easy to rent online and prices aren't bad!

I had written a 5 star review. But now I have to take it back.
I have 2 storage units. Im a single mom. And not only i have to oay DOUBLE LOCK OUT FEES & BUT LATE CHARGES ALSO! $90
(35×2)+(10×2) because my rent went up and was not able to pay on time. This is not fair. The only person on site to ever assist or ask questions helpful chad.

Got my unit in about 10 minutes super easy.Anthony and Chad got me set right up Chad went out of his way helping me set everything up. This place is locked down like a fortress and cameras everywhere. Good people safe locations highly recommend them.

Anthony was incredibly kind and patient while walking me through the setup process. He explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. Even when I had to stop and look for my insurance policy number, he waited patiently and stayed helpful the whole time. Great customer service!
