Update after 2 weeks-
Both pools dirty and closed - 2 out of 3 grills not working. The only grill working doesn’t have lights so you have to eat in the dark.
Two trash dumpsters full with a strong smell and bugs.
You pay for nothing!
Pools always closed.
Very small gym and without maintenance. The trash can never works. A lot of thash can on the doors of the apartments. The fireplace doesn't work. The outdoor barbecue has no light and no gas. Problems with automatic payments. You will always see people who do not live here using the condominium.
We'll leave as soon as the contract ends.

Meant to leave a review a while back, but I moved in late August and needed a place spur of the moment and they had nothing available at the time. I called and explained my situation, and they bypassed two weeks worth of inspections just to inspect an apartment I was interested in. They got me moved in and approved in 3 days notice instead of 3 weeks. Incredible customer service I have never experienced at any other apartment complex. Yesenia and Morgan are beyond helpful. Highly recommend!

Our experience with Megann was a huge part of our decision to move into Cumberland. We toured multiple locations the same day we met Megann and it was no comparison regarding her hospitality, enthusiasm and overall professionalism. I recommended Cumberland to a colleague and they also chose to rent here based on this experience. We appreciate her hard work and dedication to her position, as well helping us make this our future home.

I love living here! Yes, there have been some shifts and changes in maintenance, but Maren, the new property manager, is always so sweet and helpful. She keeps us up to date on everything going on on the property. Yesenia and Megan are awesome too! I highly recommend it here!

Manny is new to the on the property as lead maintenance. He has gone above and beyond especially being that he is currently doing all the work himself. Is kind, considerate and thorough with his work.

It's very difficult to find the # for a building and which corridor has which apartments. Small signs placed in random places for the building #s. There are also trees covering up all of the apt# signs, so you don't know which corridor has which apartments.

I have lived at this complex for almost 2 years. The grounds are beautiful, well kept. The amenities are awesome. The staff are friendly, helpful, and competent.

I loved living here. I moved to Tyler for work and needed a place with a larger living room. Another complex recommended Cumberland and I am so glad they did. The management is great, especially Yesenia! Neighbors were friendly, and any small issues that popped up, were fixed fast. You can definitely tell that they take care of this place. I wish I used all the amenities more.

The management has been nothing but helpful. I toured the complex this week and it is beautiful. Yesenia was the perfect tour guide and answered any questions me or my parents had. This is my first time living on my own so I was not sure what to expect when looking for an apartment. The apartment did have a few lights that needed to be changed but she said she will get it fixed right away. The grounds and amenities were all clean and maintained. Megan, who I spoke to on the phone, was also very nice and helpful. I’m hopeful and looking forward to living here!

The Management is very rude, specially Yesenia who always seems inconvenienced by anything you come in the office for. Very poor customer service do not recommend these apartments!!!!!!

I would highly recommend this place to live. It's VERY clean, the leasing staff(Yesenia) has been EXTREMELY helpful whenever I have needed something, maintenance issues are resolved quickly, and overall good amenities as well. I haven't lived in an apt for over 20 years and this has been a great experience, especially moving from across the country!

Moved in January of 2024 and it’s been a great experience. Yesenia is the one who moved us in and she was very sweet and respectful. Everytime we come into the office we are greeted with a smile by Cailin. All the maintenance guys Foster and Jason are quick with Work Orders and Matt keeps the property clean! All around this is a really nice place and I love it!

I have been a resident for almost 8 years now and everyone had been so great, especially the office staff. The amenities are amazing and are kept in amazing condition, wouldn't change anything given the chance. Yesenia, Cailin, and Foster are amazing and will always make sure you have what you need!
