I am a bit conflicted about my work with Embroidery Designs. Generally the initial work with them was pretty smooth. The staff that I interacted with were really nice. There were pretty substantial breaks between emails though. Sometimes it took a week to get back to me. In the end, I found it more convenient to just call. I think that someone was out of town, but I did not get even a "Sorry, X is out of town" email until many days later.When I finally got the embroidery back, the front side looked pretty good, but the backing was not great. I wish that the backing was somehow stuck to the back of the shirt (ironed on?) instead of just rough cut around and ragged. I am just afraid that the washing machine or dryer will grab the backing and ruin the embroidery. I understand that the shirt is probably too thin or stretchy to not need the backing, but I just wish that it was not so rough on the back side.Overall, I would recommend them, but I will probably be a bit more clear with them about expectations.Service: Custom patch embroidery

Keeps your stuff too long and the quality of the iron ons isn't worth anything. An expensive, I would pay more and that be okay if it was expensive and it was nice quality it looks right but it was just poorly done and I took my own shirt
