Had reserved on phone Feb 14 for one of my customers for 17th was told on phone to bring photo copy of license so she could drive. Once I arrived was told that wouldn’t work and being a business owner and trying to lessen my customers trouble said that’s fine I’ll give her my vehicle and I’ll drive rental until she could swing by. The manager refused to rent me the vehicle stating fraud is prevalent. So after being refused service I walked out and called customer service which once I told story quickly redirected me to another location and assured me I wouldn’t have an issue.

Certain cars require payment with a credit card, not a debit card. That's fine, except they will tell you a given car can be rented with a debit card and then you arrive and they won't let you without the credit card. They will also allow you to make reservations for cars that are not available. The Front Street location has a GREAT manager that tries tonoffset the problems caused by the regional call center and she will save the day.
