Worst experience ever on customer service. Don't answer the phone, type several options get ahold of someone who cannot answer whether you have a dodge sprinter van available until after you ask me a series of questions. WHY? If you don't have the vehicle I need then why waste our time with questions that have no bearing on this transaction? STUPIDITY!!

Neither satisfied or dissatisfied. I appreciated how quickly the team responded when I called about the initial van—it had a strong odor, and the swap process went smoothly. I was really glad to get a newer van that still had that ‘new car’ smell, but I was disappointed to find that it wasn’t actually clean. There were peeled-off acrylic nails and trash in the back cup holders, which made it clear it hadn’t been thoroughly checked. Since I was told it was cleaned before pickup, that was pretty frustrating. Just wanted to bring it to your attention so future cleanings can be more thorough

This site offers to pick you up so I was quick to take advantage of the offer to get a rental. 4 days later it turned into a nightmare as the told me at booking to take all calls that day so they could announce pickup time to get me at their site by 1pm on Sunday.
Sunday came and no calls by 1pm so I tried calling twice but no one would answer the phone. Called corporate and they seemed easy to reach them and told corp they would call me immediately. An hour later, no contact. I called corporate again to confirm my cancellation due to unacceptable customer service from this Tyler ripoff.
Stay far, far away from this group that managed to ruin a trip before it even started.
Natalie from corporate, could you be more specific about the link you sent me? It took me to the main website with no guidance other than starting from scratch with doing a contact us.
How about your direct line or someone in upper MGMT so I don't have to get handed off or put on hold multiple times.

I want to recommend Matthew Goodwin. We had some issues with our vehicle and he provided the discount upon return without me having to ask for it. That's the kind of customer service I appreciate and will return to. If you go to Enterprise in Tyler on the loop ask for Matt Goodwin

Great experience renting from here. Matt took care of checking me in and was there to check me out as well. Very friendly and professional. Car was clean and fun to drive (Kia Forte) So glad I chose Enterprise as I always have great service! Thanks Matt and Sean.

Rented a Nissan Rogue for a Big Bend and Padre Island Trip. The car was well taken care of. I rented it in Tyler on the Loop. I usually rent several times a year. This time I got the ladies for pick up and drop off. Best Customer Service I have ever had there. Thank you Ladies! See y'all for my next trip.

So here's where they get ya! They advertise that a rental is $56 a day to get you to book the reservation! Then when you get there to pick it up! They place a 300+ deposit on your card with out telling you !! They need to make people aware of this upfront! Ill never rent from here again! PeriT
