The staff is incredible, friendly, and fun to chat with. They keep a well maintained store, and love seeing the pokemon binder when I go in!
Unfortunately giving this store a two star review because I purchased a Black Bolt booster and it was clearly a resealed product. Glue on the packs, bent / lightly to moderately played cards, and all rares and up removed.
Be careful when you purchase here. I’ve also purchased legit products from them, but probably won’t purchase here again because of today’s issue.

They were fair with me when selling my collection, everyone is always super friendly when I come in and the selection is incredible, multiple times I have gone in and lost two hours just looking at everything in there and not making a single purchase, they've got Mangas, comics, action figures, posters, stuffed animals, blu rays and dvd library that is phenomenal complete seasons and hard to find movies, anime galore, they also carry new and old video gamephysical copies, as well as magic cards and Pokémon cards....

it’s reeks inside this store!!! came here monday around 1 pm the lady was rude !!! don’t come here not only will you be getting terrible customer service but you will leave smelling horrible like the store.

I went there to EntertainMART to purchase a game or two so the sales rep said that if i didn't like it i could return it and get a refund and so that is what i tried to do and he would not give me a refund so i will not be doing business with this place ever again gamestop in Tyler texas is much better

Made selling my comics fast, easy and safe. no fuss up front no long storys. here is what it list for. this is what I will pay.When you sale in this way you not looking for list price but you want fair prices. and that is just what I recived. Chris at the Tyler Mall anwsered all my qustions,an was very helpful

I was looking for vinyl records and I found there wasn’t much selection. If you’re looking for games you’ll have better chance of finding what you’re looking for.

Horrible employee. When I got there, I handed my games to her coworker. But she was one to go through my games. She called my choice in games “dumb” and all my games were “clapped”. She then discussed with a customer that the person who was selling these games ‘me’ that I was greedy and only wanted money. What she didn’t know is I was standing by the posters and heard it all. If you see a young brunette woman working do not interact with her unless you want to be pissed off. I never interacted with her until she gave me the price of my games.

(I have since talked to the manager about this so i am changing my review)
okay so i just want to start this off by saying i really love this store and WOULD consider myself a regular.
But in the last couple of months they have hired this new girl (not abby) and EVERY TIME i go in there and shes there, she is so unbelievably rude. She constantly butts into conversations that i’m having with friends in the store, she always has a snarky tone when she speaks to people, and a few weeks ago when I went in with my friends she was being VERY rude to my friend.
ex: my friend said something along the lines of “love this store it makes me geek out!” and then she (who we were not talking to and arguably not even around her) in a super condescending and mean tone goes “..yeah we can tell”
And after that Interaction alone i chose to not buy anything that day, and avoided coming back for about a month.
And when i did (today) she was there again, and I was willing to let it go, because maybe she was just having an off day the last time. Noooo. She was not. She is just like that apparently. My partner asked if i wanted to look at the switch games, and I playfully gasped and was like “oh my god yeah!” and she (again we WERE NOT TALKING TO HER at all) went : “look she found out we have switch games finally!” (again, very condescending, very rude tone.)
Not sure if she’s trying to be “playfully mean” (which does not work in customer service a majority of the time) but it’s super off putting as a customer.
