I shopped around before choosing my glasses. I found Eyeglass World to be the most friendly, helpful, and professional. But most importantly, they were the most knowledgeable. They didn't try to sell me upgrades that I didn't need but were great about explaining all the options. Highly recommend Eyeglass World.

PENNY'S OPTICAL CUSTOMERS - listen up!! If you are looking for a new place to buy glasses since Penny's closed .. I broke my sunglasses at the first of multiple very sunny soccer games - the wonderful gentleman at Eyeglass World was able to get me put back together - and charged me nothing but a handshake! Saw several really nice frames while there - WILL be back to buy my next pair of glasses! So nice to find folks that arw willing to help even though I did not buy the broken pair from them. 5 STARS all the way!

I was originally going to leave a one star review, due to Clarissa. She was very unkind, very unhelpful. Acted as if i was an inconvenience when asking about a pair of glasses. I found a pair of glasses that i had really liked about a week before walking in the store. I even took pictures of it so i could remember when i actually had my prescription. I unfortunately couldn’t find them due to someone else getting them. I walked over to Clarissa & asked if there was any way that they could order the glasses I wanted. She rolled her eyes at me and told me that’s a whole other situation. Not sure how it was another situation when it’s literally a glasses store. Just not a good experience with Clarissa. Fast forward a couple days later I decided to call eyeglass world. Spoke with a lovely woman by the name of Julia. She changed my entire experience, actually helped me track down the glasses I was looking for. Such a sweet woman!!! Julia literally went above & beyond searching & calling other stores to track down the exact frames I wanted! She definitely changed my experience with eyeglass world. I’ll definitely be a reoccurring customer because of Julia & the experience she gave me. She definitely needs a raise!

Always a pleasure visiting Eyeglass World in Tyler. They helped me out about six months ago when I got new lenses for my at home glasses and then again today when I needed sunglasses. Everyone is helpful and especially the General Manager. I will use them again and happily recommend them to anyone needing glasses!

I had an amazing experience at Eyeglass World thanks to Adam! From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options, and ensure I got exactly what I needed. The level of customer service here is beyond excellent — it’s rare to find someone so professional, kind, and genuinely invested in helping customers. 10/10 will be coming back to shop here for glasses.

I am visiting from California and the screw fell out of my glasses. I tried to fix them myself but I was all thumbs. I was running errands and saw Eyeglass World and stop to see if they could help. They fixed me up in less than 5 minutes and all they charged was a handshake and a smile. I will definitely be back when I get new frames. I highly recommend!

I went to eyeglass world when one of my lenses popped out while shopping I didn’t know what to do so I went here 10 minutes before they closed and I asked if they could help me out. They were so kind and so professional they not only fixed my lens but also replaced the tiny screw as well as the rubber nose bridge part all free of charge! 10/10 would absolutely recommend this place they are absolutely amazing and so soooo wonderful!

I accidentally found this place. The people here are so very nice! I will not ever go anywhere else again. 1 stop spot for glasses and contacts and exam. Highly recommended!!

I stopped in today to see if they could help me fix a pair of broken Raybans and they had them fixed in less than 5 minutes! They were so helpful, patient, and friendly and they didn’t even charge me to fix them. I’ll definitely be back to support this business again and absolutely recommend them!

This is the best eyeglass store/optometrist place in east Texas! Dr Le is so patient and knowledgeable plus explains everything so well. The vision center manager, Adam, and his staff, especially Julia, were great and so helpful!

Me and my husband went in to get me some new glasses and were served by Adam. He was very personable and helped me pick out the exact lenses that I needed. We were expecting to have to wait around 2 weeks to come pick up the lenses, but they had my glasses completely finished in less than 20 minutes and texted me as soon as they were done. Great service!
