I’ve used Fairway Auto Center on 110 across from Kia for a couple of years with my Volkswagen Jetta.
They were significantly cheaper to have my oil changed here.
The front desk lady is very kind and easy to talk to. The service is wonderful and I’ve never waited over 20 minutes.
TODAY I went in because my car was saying I needed an oil change, but they noticed I still had 2,000 miles left before it was time.
They could have just done it, but they let me know I still had quite a bit of drive on that oil. They checked my oil and all was well with it.
The front desk lady gave me my keys back and sweetly smiled and said have a good day.
Just a wonderful group of honest people here!

We have been using fairway ford for 20+ years now for all of our vehicle needs. We have purchased a few used vehicles through the Tyler center, new ones through the Henderson center. While most of our repairs go through the Henderson center, we will use the Tyler center as well for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. they are fairly quick, but bring a book to read…

When a sudden catastrophic motor failure in my previous vehicle made the purchase of a new one a necessity, the whole team at Fairway Auto Center made it a quick and stress free experience. Thank you Lee, Parker, Harrison, and Joe.
I have always had all previous vehicle maintenance done there and never disappointed with attention to detail and courtesy that were shown to me there.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE OR REPAIRS OF YOUR VEHICLE!!!
Dishonest. They are glorified oil changers and state inspection shop. I came in open to service suggestions and left with the same problem I rolled in with after being told it was fixed.

Man still blown away at how amazing the process went. Tried multiple places last few days and was feeling defeated. Got approved at carmax but wanted what seemed like half the vehicle down for subpar vehicle at that. Stopped by Fairway as last chance Hail Mary and told the wife let’s get one more no before we go home! Soon as we walked in the door heard a familiar voice greeting us! From there knew something good was bound to happen…little did we know for fraction of what carmax wanted down we’d be walking out with fully loaded expedition that suits our families needs! Parker and Brady (The Wizard of Finance) nailed it for us from the start! Yal have customers for life in us now!

My husband and I purchased a 2020 Tahoe Saturday 7/19. We could not be happier with the experience, from beginning to end Harrison, our salesman was so informative, patient, honest, and understanding. He made us feel so good about our purchase, gave us any information we needed and made the entire process so easy and he did not hassle us or give us a sleezy car salesman vibe like other dealers in Tyler would of. The co owner and finance man John went above and beyond with getting us the perfect deal for our situation, he really worked hard to get us a great rate, and an affordable payment. We could not be happier with the service we received from them, and will be using them in the future for any other purchase we may make! We highly recommend this dealership. Harrison was fantastic, though we spoke with another sales man while there and he seemed just as great, overall they have a great staff. We wish we could give them more stars.
