Out of all the Family Dollars, this one is my favorite, and the two workers who work there in the mornings during the weekdays are very friendly and welcoming.

Hi I was currently in this location and corporate numbers were no where to be found on windows neither did the employees know it. The lines are extremely long at this location and the Manager Brian refuses to get on a register in order to help the only cashier on register while line is down the ailes. He was very rude and not willing to take care of the customers in the line... please do something about this

First They are not open. They been closed for a week every time I went in (5x @ 6pm-9pm.) Has an uncordial employee/manager outside talking to people as if they were life long friends chilling. Then proceeded to obnoxiously yell CLOSED. IT CLOSED. Ignorance at it's finest with NO SIGN saying otherwise. You know with the ugly white crown vic. Why is it that every time I walk in I'm hearing Kevin gates. Like I didn't know this store reps gangstaBut change is needed. ASAPThey never have my fast breaks either hehe. So boooing this store

Verbally assaulted by someone who called himself the manager, told manager about it nothing was done. When they're wearing a backpack which the major a week before told me was okay. I going to the store a Young colored man claiming to be a manager at the time and showing off for his piers. W says YALL know not to bring your backpacks in my store, when I told him that the manager said it was okay awake before. Since he's the manager now put my stuff down and get out.I spoke to the actual manager about this and nothing was done.

Store hours say 10 pm is closing. However, at 7:50 pm 9/18/22 they aren’t “open at the moment.” Cashier wouldn’t clarify. Numerous potential buyers turned away.

Overheard cashier talking to another person at the counter, about stealing a lady's money of the front counter. Then she rang me up for 4 bottles of mouthwash. But I only had one. Got home and looked at receipt and realized what happened. Not a good place to shop

Prices are not available on most of the foods they carry. Lost my business for this. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't find anyone but a single cashier to help me; no mgmt in sight.

Cashier, talking on phone and had it on speaker phone. Never,got off phone,could hear the conversation. It was NOT business that was related to the store , "IT WAS GOSSIP". They will hire anyone at these Dollar stores. Regardless, of they customer service. These Dollar stores are pitiful and most of them junky and nasty..parking lots and all.
