This is where I was required to make a return on a purchase I didn't like. The location is inside Walgreens and was really quick & friendly. It was located in the photo area which offered lots of other services for all your photo needs. The girl at the time I went was very efficient.

I went to the store and it was super busy, I just needed to pick up some printing that I had submitted online, the line was long but the crew was doing an awesome job to get through the line quickly. before I even got to the counter Leon came up to me and asked how he could help me, as soon as I told him he jumped into action and found my stuff immediately! He made sure to greet every single customer coming into the store and letting them know that he would be with them as quickly as he could, and you could tell he meant that! My prints looked perfect but I realized I needed to laminate them, so I asked him if they have a laminating, and he said yeah I can do that for you! so he went out of his way to laminate my items for me and in the midst of doing that he was able to help other customers with their needs as well. He was kind welcoming and you could tell that he really cares about what he does and making sure customers are taken care of! Whatever you guys are doing, make sure that you make this man feel supported and appreciated, because of his service and his hard work I will be exclusively going to this place for all my printing needs in the future. People like this are special rare nowadays and they deserve to be celebrated.

Employees were nice and professional. I enjoyed my experience there. I was glad that they were open for business on a federal holiday (MLKing Day).

All I did was go in there to get my passport photo taken. They took my photo but it was improperly done and was rejected at the Passport office in downtown Dallas. Had to spend another $30 to get an expedited photo taken while in Dallas.

Came to make copies. No copiers had paper. Asked two employees, one being the manager, for help. Both told me it would be a few minutes. Rude and not helpful.

If you can use UPS Brown USPS or DHL do it . Fed Ex is not dependable and will send your package to other facilities to buy time then lie about it.Tracking is not accurate and speaking with an English speaking person is slim . Trust me don't waste your money and time

I came here to print some legal documents for a friend. I made copies on the machine first walking in the store. LEON helped me through my transaction and answered all questions I had for him. He was ultra informative about any all things brought up. I also made the mis take of leaving my wallet on the copier with a good amount of cash inside of it. I didn't realize till after the business was closed and called the next day. Leon was a total good Samaritan and put my wallet in the store safe not only was he awesome as a employee leading by example but a wonderful sweetheart for making sure I was able to get my stuff back too. Just want to give him MAJOR KUDOS for being a wonderful human being too. Hope you guys know you have a gem of a human at your location.
