Hands down the worst service I ever had my package didn't come on time I had to end up driving 56 min one way to pick it up the driver pulled in to where I stay backed right out said couldn't be delivered I was watching him on the app tracking my package because it was a wedding ring he didn't even try y'all my address clearly says lot 11 I won't ever be using fedex again

3 deliveries wrong. Can't get through to proper customer service. Had to chase down one of deliveries. Lost 2!!! Customer service refused to give me proper contact information. FedEx in Tyler, Texas unwilling to get the issues addressed. Poor customer service and incompetent management!!! Customer service is not in USA , OVERSEAS.

I was told my package was out for delivery. It did not arrive. Then at 1 in the morning it says it is on its way to the facility. The next day it says on its way to the facility but will still arrive that day. I try to call to find out and all I get is told I can't be connected to a representative. This is freaking ridiculous. I can deal with problems but some level of good communications goes a long way. This is ridiculous

Absolutely HORRIBLE delivery service. My wife and I both receive medications via EXPRESS SCRIPTS and if you know anything about this mail order pharmacy, you know it takes just short of pulling your own teeth for Prior Approval of medications. Normal approval takes from 30 to 90 days. Both of our meds are refrigerated injectable meds. Shipped in an almost air tight styrofoam cooler with freezer blocks to keep the meds the proper temp for about 24-48 hours. We have received delivery to our door from both Fedex & UPS for over 20 years including a delivery from FedEx to our front door within the last week. However, this delivery was left about a mile from our house in the middle of 90+ temps in the middle of nowhere. Talked with FedEx Express supervisor in Tyler named Renee. All she could do was make excuses for a very foolish decision to leave this package where it was left. She had an attitude of we were there for her (FedEx) instead of the opposite. This medication costs over $3,000 and Renee could care less not to mention they are needed by my wife. I asked Renee to have her supervisor call me and as of now (4.5 hours later) no call. I really don’t think they care!!!!!! I gave Tyler FedEx EXPRESS one star simply because I was not offered negative stars. I would NEVER recommend Tyler FedEx Express for a delivery service. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE by any standard.

Update: this package was delivered in the middle of nowhere. Requested to speak to a supervisor on 28 June 2025. Today is 8 July 2025 and still NO call from the Supervisor of RENEE and the deliver person. What are they scared of????

Fed Ex drivers need to learn how to follow delivery instructions. If yall cant follow a simple task then I will get UPS to deliver my packages.
