Used kiosk to print label, put label on package, dropped package into attached shipping box. On Monday. Its Wednesday, and they're still saying they never received my package. Got ping ponged back and forth when I called, 2 hours later still no idea about where my package is.

I sell a lot of things through here on eBay! I get lots of reviews for the good packaging and I think the employees here do a fantastic job. If you have to ship something somewhere, do it here! The staff are all friendly, professional, charismatic, and most importantly, they always do a great job with whatever you sell, even if it’s fragile.

Frustrating Customer Service Experience at Kinko's while instructing my husband on copies for me 11/15/23 though closing.I am deeply disappointed with the lack of assistance my husband received at Kinko's on Broadway. Despite his clear struggle with the printing machine, the customer service team failed to offer any help. My husband, who works in a manufacturing company and speaks loudly, was trying to print a few pages, but encountered issues with the retriever code.Despite his attempts to seek help from the front desk, the customer service guy merely showed him the basics and left, leaving my husband to navigate the process alone. The insistence on printing each document individually was inefficient and time-consuming. It took nearly 50 minutes for him to complete a task that should have been much simpler with proper assistance.What frustrates me the most is the apparent lack of common courtesy from the customer service team. If someone is audibly struggling with a machine, it is their job to step in and offer assistance. Instead, my husband was left to figure it out on his own, creating unnecessary stress and wasting valuable time. As a customer, I expect better service and support, especially when facing technical difficulties. This experience at Kinko's on Broadway was truly disappointing.

This is the second time I have been in with slightly out of the ordinary packing and shipping needs. Both experiences have been great. This time, I attempted the UPS shipping store and the line was backed up to the door. I left and went to the Print and Ship store based on my prior experience. I had several framed items to box and ship. The specialty art boxes were incredibly cost prohibitive (several hundred dollars to box and ship). Leon worked with me for quite some time to determine the best options for my needs and budget . He is an AMAZING customer service staff member. I will only use this store for packing and shipping from now on.

Incompetent. Delayed my package five times and can’t explain why it sat in their location for a whole day without moving even though it had been requested to be either delivered to my home or held at the Longview location. Nah. Just sat in Tyler for no reason.

Okay fraudulent charges. I was charged for services I was never Provided. Do not listen to the clerks that tell you to insert your card into machines you are unfamiliar with.

I went to the store and it was super busy, I just needed to pick up some printing that I had submitted online, the line was long but the crew was doing an awesome job to get through the line quickly. before I even got to the counter Leon came up to me and asked how he could help me, as soon as I told him he jumped into action and found my stuff immediately! He made sure to greet every single customer coming into the store and letting them know that he would be with them as quickly as he could, and you could tell he meant that! My prints looked perfect but I realized I needed to laminate them, so I asked him if they have a laminating, and he said yeah I can do that for you! so he went out of his way to laminate my items for me and in the midst of doing that he was able to help other customers with their needs as well. He was kind welcoming and you could tell that he really cares about what he does and making sure customers are taken care of! Whatever you guys are doing, make sure that you make this man feel supported and appreciated, because of his service and his hard work I will be exclusively going to this place for all my printing needs in the future. People like this are special rare nowadays and they deserve to be celebrated.

Absolutely horrible! DO NOT INTERACT WITH THEM. They are the rudest store front I have ever dealt with. They screwed up my wedding invitations and refused to fix the problem. $200 wasted on their neglect.

Employees were nice and professional. I enjoyed my experience there. I was glad that they were open for business on a federal holiday (MLKing Day).
