I was so excited to wait for my package from Adidas but it never got delivered by Fedex. Delivery driver even LIED that it was delivered but no sir, you did not deliver. You stole away my joy, my time and my money!

What a disgrace to customer service. Our delivery driver flat out lied about attempting to deliver our package ( which required a signature so I took a day off from work). Then lied and said that they left a door tag also. No help from customer service. Absolutely pathetic.

For years now I have avoided companies, whenever I can, that use FeDex as a shipping service. Sometimes, you don't have a choice since places like Walmart, make their own choice on how it's delivered after you order. Well, the ONE time my order came from FeDex, it's the time the delivery failed. It is amusing actually to see. It's a good chance that your delivery will not get to you when scheduled EVEN when its on its way. And their incompetence doesn't even allow them to properly label the delivery failure. They have something called "customer unavailable or business closed" label ? .. So they're saying the door is not available when they got here? The house had an invisible barrier from 100 feet where you cannot reach the door? Because when they do deliver, they still lay it by your door.... so the door is available at that time then??? That invisible barrier is suddenly open? It's so pathetic and incompetent this company cannot even adjust the type of non delivery they have such as, unable to deliver (if they don't want to accept responsibility for not being able to properly time their drivers) or anything else other than blame the customer for non delivery. They have been doing this every since I can remember. The main company I used to order nearly weekly from was Overstock, and it seemed like FeDex is the only carrier they used so I stopped ordering from them years and years ago for this reason. Thank goodness we now have so many options for products just as good so many places, I don't have to feel too bad. Thanks to AMAZON and others.. So, whenever you want to chose a carrier, try to avoid this carrier like the plague. The incompetency I'm sure bleeds into anything else they do. Otherwise, it wouldn't be so systemic and consistent that EVEN after so many years, the exact same issue is happening ONLY when I use FeDex. A coincidence? I don't think so.

Recently every time FedEx delivers to my home they put packages outside fence by highway they are the only ones doing this I have contacted FedEx to complain they said they would check into it but apparently no change yesterday package was delivered in ditch by highway in the rain why even slow down just toss it out the window as you drive by don’t recommend FedEx I understand now how peoples packages are getting stolen

Out of all these reviews, some of y'all don't realize this FedEx facility is for loading and unloading. The delivery drivers are contracted out. This facility has nothing to do with your packages delivered to your doors. I think the Lindale facility is the bomb!

Long story short, a woman called me one evening to tell me that my package was at her facility & needed to know where exactly it was that I lived & said the driver had some issues with the building I live in. She did not have to call me & nobody else would have & I would not have received my package if she hadn't. I cannot remember her name but she is one of those people that go the extra mile & are glad to help. Thank you sweetie & may your holidays &the coming year be full of blessings & joy! ???⚘?

The worse company for shipping and receiving packages. We always have trouble getting our packages! They do not care where the packages are left or do they care about updating the tracking information correctly. Half of the time it says "delivered" and its not. Then it may say it will be delivered by end of day and STILL NOT PACKAGE OR TRACKING UPDATE! Customer service is a joke too so don't bother calling they will only repeat what's available online.

They keep leaving my packages at house by the road instead of bringing it to my actual address..they claim they cant get down my driveway..if i..a non trained driver can get a 16ft uhaul box truck to my front door and back yall can bring me my pkgs and stop being lazy and leaving them at a completely different address...I have filed a complaint again and expect this to stop

Called to request that someone call when deliver. We have small farm so outside many times. Customer service said would let driver know.No call missed so did not deliver.

This is a great place to work! Early morning hours make it possible to get your family insurance and keep the bills paid (though barely out of peak season) while freeing up your days to try to figure out a way where you won't have to work the rest of your life :)

The one star is really because I expected more from the company when it came to items "lost in transit". First off, I think it's a lazy excuse to say they don't want to even try to look for the package. Second off, they need to hold their employees accountable for their actions, or else more valuable items will become "lost in transit" as my package did. Thanks for literally nothing FedEx. I really wish I could change this rating, but without my package, I don't see that changing anytime soon.
