Don’t bother there warranty is a joke bought a PlayStation five for my kids with extra warranty and a TV I could have bought it anywhere for the same price the controller doesn’t work they refuse to swap the controller out when they have another one on the shelf. Overpriced junk with a fake warranty and rude management. I love pawn shops just not this one. There’s another pawn two doors down. Go there.

I highly recommend not using this place. I needed some quick cash but don't have an ID so I had someone else take it. I had 10 grams of scrap gold jewelry. They didn't buy a .5 gram chain which is fine but they only credited me for 9 grams they did a scratch test to test if the gold was real but didn't do the acid to test the purity so it could've been 24k idk. They gave 140 bucks for the 9.5 which is 35% of the value if the gold was 12k but like I said idk it could've been more pure then that. This some hoe shit but it is what it is like I said I needed cash today but after this experience I highly recommend not using this place at all its gold its not hard for them to resell everyone buys gold buy I guess buisness is down or something cuz they felt like they needed to make over 250 dollars off this transaction cuz 9.5 grams of 12k gold at today's gold price is 399 dollars. Complete and utter garbage.

These workers are trash! Throw them away and start over! Antonio is big overweight liar! Just created an issue with my items that were unheard of, trying to claim my game was slightly damaged and almost broke! Why did you just make that up? You sat there and said it takes a button to unlock Nintendo Switch jar sticks and it doesn’t! It only takes one to slightly push either side up and it’s released! Both sides do the same thing! He tells his manager, you gotta hold down the plus sign….are you stupid?! The plus sign goes to the game stick while you are playing games. Fire both of them! Antonio for lying about how to work the game and the manager for being lazy and not checking. Uhhhhhhh! This only happens on the black side of town where they offer poor customer service and horrible knowledge. I see why they have a 2.8 as their rating!

Sold them an iPad and then turned around to buy a laptop for $120. Was told when I left the store that I owed $39.97 to retrieve it from Lawaway. Came back the SAME DAY to pay for the rest and was told the total was actually $56 and they would not be honoring the total an EMPLOYEE had TOLD me and HIGHLIGHTED.
Got home with the laptop after paying the $56 and CANNOT USE IT because there's an UNKNOWN password on it.

I would give zero stars if I could. The redhead manager in there is mad disrespectful not just to the costumers but her employees as well. I went in to pawn a jack as she gave the employee attitude and disrespectfully told him to go see “whatever jack they their talking about” nonsense. Then try’s give me an attitude because it’s a 2 ton jack and not a 3 ton and theirs a price difference. Like who in the world asked about a 3 ton to begin with. But she kept being rude to workers and myself so I told her i would rather do absolutely no business there due to the lack of professionalism. She needs some humbling and that’s mad pathetic.

The customer service is very attentive and respectful..!! But what the store sells, I have a bad expectation, I bought 1 iPad and I only lasted 4 months with it but I made more than 10 visits to the store to have it unlocked. In the end they said that the things they were selling, they don't know where they come from, that they bought it from me and I lost more than what I paid for it...!! Few words are useless what they sell

I did a lot of buy sell with first cash pawn in tyler even in Palestine,this is the first time I had bad experience with one of their associate, I walked in with a 14 carats white gold with diamonds and this dude had a nerve saying that it wasn't gold and it wasn't diamonds! Omg dude I went tested it at cash pawn on Broadway before I came to you and their offer was not high enough for me to sell it! I don't know what he's trying to do but it sure he don't know how to do his job!

I went to and wanted to buy a controller that’s been sitting on the shelf for a while. It was tagged as a bulk item for $10. The guy who helped me out was rude to start off with and I asked to lower a bit since it wasn’t really marked. He was really rude about it too. I walked away and decided to go ahead and buy it. A different employee helped me out and I asked her if a lower price was ok. She said yes. Right when I was getting ringed up the guy that helped me first started screaming at her and started yelling at me too. I know it’s been sitting there for a while and was really upset for a few dollars. Not going to ask him for help ever again. The other employee was nice.

Be very careful going there. A employee named jessica cooper used my name illegally. She used my name to purchase items. Only way i knew they called couple times telling me my payment is due. And i didnt have anything there. Charges are being filed against her. The picture added is her.Also she was evicted from my hse and look how she lefted it. $2400 of damage. Trash removal. Plus...$1000 of rent she didnt pay. And a $260.00 water bill.

Not sure what negative reviews talking about but these guys always give me a good price for pawning stuff but I always ask for half of what they offer since that's all I need but long story short if you take something worth of value that they can sell in case you don't pay it off they will make you an offer

Retract on this I give 5 stars because the manager was awesome. Ed is the bomb. He was able to help us out and we got our rings back. Thank you Ed we really appreciate how you helped us out today it will never be forgotten. As the good book says no good deed goes unnoticed by the man upstairs you rock.

Went in looking for a AV Receiver actually to see prices at a pawn shop vs the cheaper side of online and was hoping to get at least 5.1, found a 7.2 for half the price I expected to pay for 5.1. It’s kinda old and was super dirty but got it home, cleaned it up and fired it up to find it sounded and worked amazing! Overall positive experience. Edit, been over a month and I love this receiver. I found similar or actually the same model online for twice the money even tho this one lacked remote and all the accessories. Got my room sounding amazing. I’m hooked, about to go back and check out speakers!

This was absolutely the most currupt run business I've ever encountered! They attempted to steal our own video game from us, made us pay for it twice at $40 then added another four dollars to hold it my husband who pawned came in to pick it up they wouldn't give it to him though it was already paid for then I came in the next day and tried to purchase it even full price of whatever they wanted for it. It was the last thing my husbands mom gave him before she passed on to the Lord, so it was very special. These two ladies both had manipulative con-artist skills of effective deviatingly sly ways of talking to you the main manager lady well that's who she said she is but God can easily move her out of that position and replace her with someone who actually cares about people and loves the Lord which did not. I would never even recommend coming anywhere near the building I would even go to call this place dangerous and crooked.
