Went to pawn my 14k cross necklace which had 10 diamonds in it I had pawned it there before and this time they said they couldn't take it because it wasn't gold they gave me 170$ 2 months ago for it and now they said it wasn't real gold and were very rude about it and made a scene about how it wasn't real gold, I will never go back there again,,I went down the road to another pawn shop and they were happy to give me a loan on it with no problems and a lower interest rate and 90 days instead of 30 days to get it out,,I don't know what is happening to first cash pawn but I WILL NEVER EVER go in there again,

They lied about calling/messages about my pawned item only to charge me extra for not being notified need to do better at taking card payments too much of a hassle getting cash cashier act slow as if I don’t understand the process 3/10 maybe at another location

These people are straight up crooks. I recently bought a xbox series x brand new. Only opened it to set up. This is the disc version also had a extra controller and 3 games and they only wanted to give me 150 for a pawn, but yet they are selling the same one used and nasty looking for 450.00. This is utterly ridiculous

lowballers, don’t tell them it’s your first time being there, i brought an alexa echo show 5 and a samsung $100 dollar speaker and they offered me $10 bucks for both items, you can feel the bad vibes as soon as you talk to them.

Laziest people I’ve ever seen. Not helpful at all. I stood at the counter wanting to look at a product, said, “excuse me”, and both women just stood there with their heads in their phones. Didn’t bother to even acknowledge I was there. Terrible service and business.

I had a terrible experience with this pawn shop.My Mother's IPAD was stolen from her hospital room and they called me wanting the password because I locked it. When they contacted me (my number was in the IPAD) they told me I had to pay them $250 to get it back. I had to file a police report to get it back. They were very rude and unhelpful until the police got involved then suddenly compliant. Horrible customer service.

The lady that helped me today went above and beyond to help me. She deserves a promotion! The best customer service I've had at a place of theirs!
