With being in the military I have been able to come in and out of my hometown, and also have this gym to go to every time. The owner provides great communication and services for veterans like myself, my mother, and my husband.

I started my journey training with Luis a year ago. It’s been the BEST decision I’ve ever made. It’s helped me not only physically but mentally as well. Luis is awesome, he motivates you and pushes you to your full potential. It’s also the best gym in Tyler. It’s always clean and neat, I 100% recommend coming here, you won’t regret it!

I joined FIT, and started training with Luis last February. My husband joined and started training with Luis one month later.Both of us can honestly say we haven’t felt or looked better in years.Over the years, I’ve worked out in many gyms and with several trainers. Luis’ knowledge, professionalism, motivating manner, etc., etc. blows them all away.Luis, Summer, Leslie, and the entire staff make FIT a fun and inviting place to be.We highly recommend FIT and Luis to anyone who’s looking for a path to fitness and overall better health.You’ll be encouraged to show up and work hard, but that kind of accountability is exactly what most of us need.

I have been going to FIT for almost a year now, specifically training with Luis, and have never been in better shape than I am! He really cares for his clients and goes above and beyond to motivate and ensure everyone is working their hardest. No shortcuts! If you’re looking for a real trainor and a professional gym, this is the place.

FIT is a great gym with great equipment, staff, and a daycare so I can workout on my own time and have trained professionals watch my boy. They are also great to their local veterans with unwavering support. .

I started going to Luis at FIT for my personal training just over 3 years ago now. This man truly cares about his clients (male or female). He pushes you to do your best because he wants you to feel your best. If it wasn't for him constantly motivating me to get my butt out of bed and into the gym every week, honestly, I probably would have stopped working out consistently within a couple months of starting out. Now, I am currently 22 weeks pregnant (me and my husband's first child), and Luis is not only very familiar with the Do's & Don't for pregnant women working out, but during the workout he is very attentive; always asking me how I am doing, how I am feeling and checking my heart rate. This is just one of the many examples I could share of how he cares for his clients and treats them like family. You won't see me working out anywhere else.

When I was active duty in the Marines, this was my go-to place while I was home on leave. They would remember I was a veteran when I came home. Now that I’m in the reserves, this gym works with me when I leave and I always feel welcomed when I come back from military orders. Great environment to work out in.

Do not let women you know go to this gym.The owner spends most his time personal training women that go to his gym. He likes to post videos and photos of the women he trains online at deliberately inappropriate angles and touch them in irreverent places, excusing it as "spotting."My girlfriend trained with him for a couple weeks (calling himself her "gym boyfriend") and he quickly began texting her repeatedly daily, being overly pushy to get her to come see him, invited her into his office alone multiple times, and otherwise acted unprofessionally and creepily.0/10.Note: After posting this review, I received an Instagram DM from the owner threatening to sue me. Continued immaturity and unprofessionalism.

If you’re a veteran, stay away from this place. These people tell you one thing to get you signed up, then do another. Manager is completely rude and I will not recommend this horrible business to anyone. I will be contacting the BBB and the news station about how they treat veterans and lie about pricing and cancellations

Best overall weight lifting gym in East Texas. Consistent traffic, yet never crowded. A wide variety of weights, machines (smith, hammer strength, cardio etc..), classes & childcare are available. Staff & owner are always friendly and accommodating. I’ve never left a Google Review for any business, but this place has it all

I love this gym. So much so that it mildly irritates me when I have to leave early because the staff jack the volume up enough that half the people leave.I want to stay at this gym but if I can’t enjoy my music then I and many others will move to other alternatives.

One of the best gyms I’ve been to! The staff is super friendly and they’re always cleaning and wiping off equipment daily. The equipment is just what you need, it’s never been over crowded even at prime hours. It’s a gym that has an awesome environment for folks of all ages. Great friendly people, I’ve never had a bad experience here

You won’t find a better gym (not even in Dallas!) like FIT! The owners are amazing, highly skilled in training, genuinely care about its members and staff. From someone who knows nothing about working out to fitness competitors there’s something for everyone at FIT. I drive from North Dallas just to workout with Luis (owner). I have gotten to know his wife Summer who’s the best! The equipment is professional, clean and multiple pieces of the same equipment so you don’t have to wait, classes they offer are for all different skill/intensity levels too. Music is spot on, great parking. Why spend your money with some corporate gym that doesn’t care about anything but your money when you could support a local family run business that cares about its people! Oh and a bonus Brock the mascot is the sweetest.

Not only is Luis the best trainer, ever (results and encouraging at all times). The gym is in tip top shape constantly. All equipment is always well cared and clean. As for the bathrooms, they are the cleanest out of any gym i’ve been to. Luis and Summer are nothing short of great role models for all members. Love this gym!
