Because of your checkouts. You put in all self checkouts, then close all of them and have 1 poor guy up there trying to ring everyone up between 2 (self) checkouts. Either remove the self checkouts and put manned registers in, or open all your self checkouts.

So everything went well until I checked out. I approached the self checkout register when I was intercepted by an employee. He took my items and started the checkout process without asking me first. I found this very offensive. Not sure if he was profiling me and thought I was there to steal something. Other customers were allowed to self checkout without interruption. I am not sure if I will return.

i got a screen protector for my phone payed for it walked out…. got to the car opened up the box for it… NOTHING but cleansing wipe and stickers. ZERO STARS. get yalls mess together!.

This store is still okay, but the prices keep going up and up. However, the quality hasn't. They do have a wide selection tho if you need a quick gift.
