I can’t express how grateful I am for Flowers By Lou Ann. I made the order online at 7a and requested to have the flowers delivered by 10:30. Same day delivery, just a couple hours notice and they were on time!! Thank you so much for your prompt attention. I highly recommend them. Fast, professional and friendly.

Lou Ann’s Flowers flower shop is the best in town in my opinion. I’ve have been using Lou Ann’s for at least 12 years now and every thing from school mums to flower arrangements have always been so beautifully done. They always put so much care into their arrangements. I highly recommend Lou Ann’s for all of your floral needs.

I have used Flowers by LouAnn for many years . I have never been disappointed with any arrangement that they have made and delivered . Colors are vibrant and flowers are healthy and last a long time . I highly recommend them .

I ordered flowers for delivery next day to a family member at a nearby hospital. I was a little nervous since I am many miles away, and when I got news my family member was getting discharged within a few hours, I called Lou Ann to see if they would be able to deliver in time.
Lou Ann assured me they would be delivered in the next hour, and as promised - they arrived just in time! The arrangement put a big smile on their face, and the order was even more beautiful than the picture. Thank you Lou Ann + team for the amazing arrangement, great customer service and fast delivery! Flowers are delivered when scheduled. If there is a problem with the date they will contact you by phone for an alternate date/time or instructions. The flowers are always beautiful and arranged lovely. The bonus is, If you are a repeat customer/flower sender. They have you in their system and will call to remind you of up coming events. And if you still want to repeat last order. Very professional and customer care oriented. I will not use anyone else in Tyler for my flower needs.

???? Yes two thumbs up. My husband surprised me @ work with an early birthday gift. It was beautiful. A gorgeous tulip arrangement, chocolate covered strawberries, a cute teddy bear, balloon and candle. Highly recommend for your flower needs.

A shout out for Bianca! I work for a local funeral home and I was taking flowers to a service here in town. As I was taking flowers out of the van, Bianca took the time to help me carry them into the church, even setting them up for me. She had just delivered some flowers for the service as well, and she did this without even being asked to. It was much appreciated. Thank-you Bianca for the kind gesture! You were a huge help!
