I ordered a pair of shoes for my granddaughter for store pickup that was in stock. I'm being told that I have to wait for the shoe to be shipped from the warehouse or I can come in and buy the pair they have in stock and come back and get a refund when the "pick up from store" pair arrives from the warehouse....
