The best way I can describe Walgreens is that they suck! They close for lunch! I'm sure any half witted pharmacy tech can hand out meds.

The day after my surgery my dr had to call me in a stronger medicine for pain. Google says they close at 7 but apparently close at 6. The lady I spoke with said I had 10 minutes to get there or I was out of luck and was very rude!!

They don't notify when my script is ready. I have to call every single time. Personnel are not friendly, and act as though they are bothered by you coming to pick up scripts. Worse, they say a script is not covered, yet the insurance company says it is covered. When you ask for assistance and information, they just say to call because "they dont know." It's being denied and with a code, so why not be helpful? This place was better before the transition.
Ironically my script is being approved by my insurance so it seems more like the staff member wanted to be difficult.

Very poor customer service since Walgreens took over. The current employees could not care less about the customers.

This place has fallen off since transitioning to Walgreens. What used to be a convenient pleasant experience is now impersonal, over-automated, complex and slow.
And nothing will change. Blame Walgreens and Blame Brookshires for selling out to them.

Sharee * however it’s spelled* should lose her job for how she talked/treated my Father. Did something wrong and was told to apologize just to call and argue and say she was right and he was wrong still. The manager then says I’m sorry she’s just not able to apologize she’s incapable of even apologizing. That’s ridiculous and shows the kind of person you are. When you can’t own up to a simple mistake and just say sorry.

Every encounter with this pharmacy has been a big steaming pile of poo. When this pharmacy was owned and operated by Brookshires, you could call and talk with a human being. Today, it took me twenty minutes and two phone calls (the system hung up on me the first call) to get through their computerized system to talk with a human being because I didn’t have the script number to attain its status. Talk about frustrating!!! We’ve also experienced things like having to show them insurance info and ID for at least three trips when they first opened and I believe that we had to contact the doctors office and have them resubmit ALL his meds because of the “new system.” I had to wait four days for a drug that my doctor prescribed for me because they didn’t have it. They are constantly changing protocols. Almost the entire staff has turned over since Walgreens took it over. I have moved my scripts to a local pharmacy but my husband has not. I dread every trip. I might also point out that this has only been Walgreens for about 9 months. The reviews before that point that are being responded to by “walgreen” are from when this pharmacy was Fresh by Brookshires Pharmacy which was wonderful. “Walgreen” shouldn’t be taking credit for reviews that weren’t directed at Walgreens pharmacy!

The transition from Brookshire’s Pharmacy to Walgreens absolutely gutted the customer service and practicality of this pharmacy. I have had an issue with every prescription I have attempted to fill or refill in the last few months, and prices have gone up.

Beware-service is below normal at best. Takes waaaayyyy to long to get perscriptions. Rude when confronted. To solve problems they just tell you to go somewhere else. 🤔

I have been using this Pharmacy primarily for the last 4 years. When it was Brookshire's Pharmacy it was an excellent Pharmacy to do business with. The staff we're friendly and cared about helping you. But ever since Walgreens took over it has gone downhill in a hurry. Having trouble getting medications filled in a timely manner. Then when you talk to them face to face the customer service is terrible. One worker in particular has a major attitude and acted like she could care less about what I was trying to explain to her. She was very patronizing and condescending to me right to my face. It's a shame but apparently I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere because this Pharmacy is conveniently located near me. But I'm unwilling to put up with rude customer service.

Was good before Walgreens came in. Now I'm left waiting days on end having to ration insulin because "it hasn't come in" for days on end with little to no explanation. It's the same employees too, I'm forced to believe Walgreens is just an absolute garbage company who offers little to no support of their workers. Hell, Walmart makes them look good. Pathetic.

Just switched to the Fresh pharmacy from Walgreens a couple months ago. Such a drastically better experience. Unfortunately less than a month later Walgreens took over. Now I can’t get my prescriptions because Walgreens is always out of everything. What a disaster.

Teens love to grab a meal and eat here, I love getting prepared foods to make lunches or dinners with as well as groceries on the go. Bakery is awesome. The pharmacy is fantastic, they know us by name, gr8 customer service.
