I’ve always had great service and delicious food at fresh. Every time I ask someone to squeeze a lime on my burrito there’s no problem but today one of the girls there refused to squeeze some lime juice on my burrito. I asked why, and the response was “ I don’t want to” she stuffed two limes in the packaging, but refused to squeeze it on the burrito. Was very strange.

Gelato is amazing would’ve given a 5 but only if there was more vegan options. My girlfriend forced me to say this.

I like coming here for fresh produce. It’s a good quality and great variety you won’t find in other stores in Tyler. Tried a few different items from their deli, a few Asian meals. Every single item was absolutely DISGUSTING. Dry flavorless, old meat covered in extremely over sugared sauce. Tried a few kinds of sushi (raw fish only), very mediocre quality and very thin, see-through slice of fresh fish on top of the rice. I will continue shopping there but only for the produce.

One star because they have nice people working hard. YOU CANT USE BROOKSHIRES POINTS OR EARN HERE! no point in going but for maybe one item or 2. Not for full cart of groceries

I liked going here. I just hated that so often when I did I was judged constantly. By other customers and employees. Some management included. (There where some friendly employees. I'm not saying everyone was judgemental , but there where a lot.) I'm not rich by any standards. I'm not "middle class" either, but I wouldn't go anywhere else for certain things. They where as there name describes fresh. Very fresh. I love to cook and yes I can use a few day old ingredients, but why should I? I'm a diabetic, so I have to eat better food that is more nutritious. I also have stronger taste buds then most. So I can tell the difference between the items being fresh and not. I go one's a month. I would go more often if I didn't feel like I was being judged for being there.

Heard good things about cakes at Fresh. I needed a custom ordered retirement cake. Printed a color photo of the inspiration cake, labeled colors and boarder on that pic and gave detailed instruction. ( as I was asked to do). Picked up the Full Size sheet cake, only to find that the flower colors were not correct, did not look like the picture provided, the piping around the top of the cake was not smooth, but had gaps all around the cake, there was a place on the top, edge of the cake that somone clearly messed up and was not able to correct. The icing was not smooth in that area like the rest of the cake and just so happens the piping had 2 gaps at that exact spot, and the bottom boarder was not what was pictured or what was asked for. I ordered this cake on a Monday, for a Thursday evening pickup and my number was given for any questions.....No one called! This Cake was not cheap! First and last order for a Custom Cake from here. Really like the rest of the store. ( Unable to post the picture of the cake received...as there is no option)

Great food, decent prices! Their playground is my daughter's FAVORITE! She's a small 2 and most playgrounds in town don't have much she can do, but the playgrounds on the patio is perfect and she actually gets to play there! Be cautious through, there are often children WAY TOO BIG for the playground there and they are not careful of the Littles at all!

Great store. Would love it if deli had Serrano ham. Also, prosciutto slicer too thick, even when thinner requested. Still very satisfied.

Had the worst tacos from here yesterday, almost took them back for a refund. Absolutely disgusting, before even making my tacos the guy knocked the trash can top off and proceeded to put the top back on with his gloves on. Then continued to make my tacos. I then asked him if he can please change his gloves, it was like he didn’t see an issue until I pointed it out ! Seems the fresh food/ deli department needs some retraining ! I did point this out to the Assistant Manger Austin.

DONT EAT THE SUSHI. I had some sushi that was 2 dollars off on Tuesday and I have one piece to my boyfriend. That night we were both violently throwing up with food poisoning and we still haven’t recovered. This same thing has happened to several of my friends and my mother’s friends. I’d shut that place down if I was the owner of fresh! Don’t get me wrong, the rest of the store is just fine and I don’t have any other complaints besides that sushi place.

Prices are high. Way higher than the experience is worth. Employees not friendly and except for meat, not knowledgeable about their food products. Limited selection. Sometimes produce prices are not marked clearly.
