They only work one employee at a time, so if you ever want to call to check availability and live out of town, it'll just send you to an automated message that says no one is available to answer the call. GameStop has really went downhill. This is so disappointing and makes me just want to start shopping somewhere else for my video games

My son went in and bought a PS4 from y'all and it wouldn't work y'all don't have another one. When people bring them in do y'all even check them none of the screws were in it everything everything was stripped out there's about three screws holding the entire thing together what do y'all do there

Price tags are not correct, two times with two different game systems where i bought a game like red dead redemption where it says $39.99 in store, online for pros $37 used. But at the register rings up 49.99 the super mario bros says $20 but rings up $40.

John W. was awesome! We accidentally grabbed a game with the wrong price tag and he honored it even though we said we would pay the correct price. He was a real one! ?

Dude with long hair is not nice. Wasn’t helpful and acted like I was dumb when asking questions about trade ins. Literally just wouldn’t answer questions when I’d ask them.
