Ordered case of drinks but did not ship out. Called customer service after being told to call by local store who placed order. . No one had a clue what the issue was. It was quite confusing for awhile. Had to laugh to keep from crying. Eventually someone figured it out after a few days.

Have had 1 good experience out of 2. Everything went smooth with good customer service approximately 1 month ago. The hours on the Google page do not reflect their updated hours, the door states "12-5" on Sundays, and perhaps "10-7" or "11-7" (I can't remember which) on the other days

Went to a competitor for b12. They spent 40 minutes asking me questions about my diet, my exercises, where I work, taking body readings, etc. She then tried to sell me $120 of strange supplements that last 30 days. She then told me they don't have b12. I left and went to GNC, walked in and said b12? He then pointed right to where they are and bought a 90 day supply for 9 bucks. He didn't try to sell me anything else. Will definitely be coming here.

Horrible customer service!!!! My wife and I walked in expecting some kind of greeting only to see an empty store with the sales rep in the back. Clearly when he walked out he was either high, just woke up, or was just inconvenienced by our presence. I’m leaning towards all three. So, even with the distastefulness I already had...I still greeted him kindly only to not get any reply and him pull out his phone without any acknowledgment. I’ve been using GNC for years and can confidently say they will no longer have my services. 5 star is right down the road and are always super helpful an more than willing to put a smile on they’re face. It’s a supplement store for motivated and positive energy people. No wonder GNC was empty.

Dude it's awkward in there, no music playing super quiet ? all you can hear is your footsteps and breathing. Not super friendly staff either. Definitely just ordering online

Went there to buy a preworkout and the cashier insisted on pump fuel preworkout told us it’s the best they have and told me my original choice was very bad so I decided to try the pump fuel and it’s one of the worst preworkouts ive ever tried.

I called to check the inventory on a product that I seen on the website, which the guy explained they were just a franchise and the website is corporate. Well I understand that but he was rude about it and just kinda snapped on it. He didn’t have to explain it in such a rude tone. I get I called when they first opened up and he’s probably not a morning person but there was no need to snap like that.

Only one in Tyler without having to go into the mall... Unfortunately store is rarely opened on time and employees are often preoccupied. But if you don't require a friendly smile nor are you in a time crunch then it's just fine... Has everything else you need.

I would give it 0 stars if I could, went in to purchase my normal protein and some creatine and as I grabbed my protein the out of shape associate said, "ah so you're buying the worst product we have huh?". I said, "uh yeah I guess so" and continued shopping. He then told me I looked lost and went on a rant about better products and how the company of my products were going out of business and followed me around the store harassing me saying all of the stuff I was looking at was bad. I put the items back on the shelf and immediately left. I get they make commission and need to make sales but rudely telling a customer their products are garbage is probably the worst thing you can do as a salesman. I will never go back to this GNC again. Go to 5 star nutrition its not that far and the customer service is amazing.
