I ABSOLUTELY with all my might dislike all the staff at this location. They are not friendly at all, they seemed bothered every time someone asks them for help. The manager, until this day, I don't know her name she never said hello to me and I used to be in that store quite often like almost every day even twice a day. The prices are ridiculously HIGH at this location, I don't understand it. The main reason I hardly ever visit this location is the manager, she NEVER greets me, I almost feel that she does not like me and that is fine, but in her position she has no room to choose whom to like or dislike. She should treat every customer the same. Someone tell her to smile please, it's just a very weird awkward feeling walking in there knowing that no one is even going to say hello to me. I am not making this up, every time I walk in there, the looks I get are not friendly ESPECIALLY from the manager.

Yes, Goodwill needs to be reminded that every item they have & THROW OUT has been donated free! And rude employees need to remember how they are able to draw an income every payday. So very tired of employee's acting as if doing the job they applied for because there was obviously a need for a job, is my fault. Everyone has bad day's but if you can't be courteous & thank your customers the for shopping in your store, then maybe you shouldn't be working with the public whose business helps you ensure a paycheck! Be Blessed!

Whoever is pricing the shoes and jeans needs a reality check. More expensive than eBay twice over! You would think having corporate next door would make this a good one
But nope. They wanted $30 for fake leather men's dress shoes from Walmart. $130 for some Justin boots. $40 for a simple pair of women's pumps. Get a grip. And don't even get me started on their jeans, tagging them all $25. Someone needs to be fired! I'll never shop here again, and I don't recommend anyone wasting their time here I am very upset at their audacity. If I wanted to pay retail, I would go to a retail store. Goodwill used to be the place people with little funds could get needed items at a reasonable price. They are taking us now.

For the size of Tyler the Goodwills here really don’t have much to offer. Not to mention if an item is missing a price tag they can’t sell it. It’s literally second hand junk, seriously? When did Goodwill get so corporate? I miss the old days. Also the cashier insulted me asking if I’m over 55. Really? Not for another ten years!

I was in the store several weeks ago and chatted with Carmella. I was telling her that I like The Hunger Games series books. So I went in on Sunday and she got excited and told me she had something to show me and grabbed a Hunger Games Series book off the shelf. She told me she was glad to see me and that she hoped I would come in when she saw the book come in.
That is such wonderful customer service! I appreciate being remembered and how excited she was to have found the book!

They get everything for free and they overcharge way too much. I will never come here again. I only donate to Tyler thrift now and also only shop at Tyler thrift.Tyler thrift at least helps the community out and charges very low prices. Goodwill sucks!!!

As someone who doesn't leave reviews often, I felt compelled to share my positive experience at Goodwill, thanks to Donovan! Visiting from North Carolina, I decided to stop in for some thrifting, and Donovan made my visit truly exceptional. His pleasant demeanor and eagerness to help stood out, making this a memorable stop during my travels. Kudos to Donovan for providing excellent customer service and making my thrift shopping experience at Goodwill so enjoyable! ?

Very poor selection of goods, especially clothing which is typically overflowing. Only 1 staff member was present who was stocking while running the registers. Prices are high for donated goods. If I would have seen the $12.99 price tag on the worn hiking boots I wanted, I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting at the register to check out.

I have been wanting to leave this review for a long time, and I keep forgetting to post it. But I finally will. Every time I come to this store, I am greeted kindly and asked to be assisted. Olanthya and Clara have a heart of Gold. They never discriminate against anyone, and they go out of their way to help customers. They definitely never display any form of laziness. I always see them working hard and communicating professionally with the customers. These two ladies are definitely ladies that can be trusted with any business.I don't know them personally, but I am always here shopping, and I have acknowledged their characters through their actions and choice of words.

Everything they sell in the store has been donated by someone. and I don't understand why they look for the price online and sell it at half price, I think it's not fair. I think it's robbery. I think what they do is ridiculous. People who want to donate better should do it to charities because I think there are many people who do need it and can't pay such a ridiculous price
