Had them work on our van's aftermarket AC system that three other places all refused to even make a true attempt at repairing. They worked fast, they were very friendly, and they did a perfect job. Zero issues, five stars.

Spent over 2k on repairs. Mechanic rushed to put truck back together and left off bolts to steering shaft and radio didn't work. Instead of owning up to the mistakes, owner stated bolts fell off due to wear and tear and radio probaly didn't work due to cut wires. No road test by mechanic before allowing my wife to pick up and putting her life in danger due to the loose steering wheel. Owner did come pick up truck and fixed both problems, but the fact he tried to blame me instead of owning up to mistakes made by his mechanic. Will definitely not use again and will not refer to friends or family. Keeping my business with Danny's Automotive.

My experience with Grace Auto has been exceptional! I had to have my power steering pump and hoses replaced. Chris was easy to communicate with and explained the problems found. Kenny definitely knows his stuff. They are my go too repair shop now!

Outstanding service! Had engine re sealed with all new gaskets and Kenny discovered a serious transmission problem that he was able to correct that saved me thousands on a replacement. I recommend Grace to family and friends in Tyler, particularly because of the knowledgable staff and their reputation for honesty. Twice they have diagnosed obscure issues with my vehicles that other mechanics simply wanted to throw parts at it and hope that would fix it.
