I went in for a state inspection and oil change. I drove up and drove back out again in probably less than 20 minutes. The price was decent, and the service was fast. You can't beat that!

The guys are friendly and very fast. The only negative thing I have to say is even with the $20 coupon I had it was over $70. Which I find very pricey compared to its competitors.

Center #3051 in Tyler, TX.The crew at Grease Monkey took care of my Safety Inspection in order for me to renew my vehicle's registration online. Everything was done, the results were sent electronically and it all only took about 15 min. They also filled my windshield wiper fluid and added air to my tires. (I just had to ask) Plus, I washed my car next store for only a few dollars in quarters. I would recommend this location and crew.

They work on BMWs. My BMW s front brake pads were replaced here. Steve was great! The price was great & The Monkey texted a $25 coupon as well. I also had a State inspection which was quick & professional.

First time customer needing an oil change. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. While they changed the oil, I was asking several pertinent questions about my car. They were very friendly and fast. The only complaint I have is that I had a $20 off promo code and the message wasn't given to the man that checked me out and so my discount was not applied. But they did make a note that I would get the discount on my next change.

Went to Geek Squad today for my annual car inspection. Had two young men working on my care, both very nice and friendly. I was out of there in 15 - 20 min.I also go there for my oil changes and I get the same great service. If you haven't been there (on Jacksonville Rd. in Tyler. Give them a try!!

These guys did a great job of trying to rip off an unsuspecting customer. I asked for a basic oil change and was upgraded to a high mileage treatment that i did not ask for. In other words a basic oil change would've been nearly 100.00 dollars. Nice try . Never will i use them againService: Oil change
