my mother has used this vet for many years and has spent thousands of dollars with them..she recently fell and broke 2 ribs and then ended up with covid, flu and bronchitis. they have been so difficult with us on getting rx food and trifexis for her dog and my mother finally had to call and get the rx ... it is sad that my mom has been such a great client over the years and now they treat her family so horribly.

I brought my doggies in for a check up and shots. They took such great care of them. The staff was very friendly and the prices were very reasonable.

I gave them a 3 because, in fact, I never got to them. The vet may be fantastic, the place may be disneyland for dogs. I dont know. I see other reviews saying they loved these people. We just moved to Tyler and we have an 8 month old dog who needed to be neutered. I call Gresham. They insist on taking half the money before we show up. I get it, people wont show; so I pay it. Make the appointment. The girl on the phone tells me what not to do the day before/morning of. I say, "You'll send me that info by text or email, right?" She said they would. Days pass. Nothing from them. So, I call in and ask if they are going to send me any followup information. "No, we can't do that. But, it's really simple. blah, blah, blah". I get off the phone and I'm thinking, wow, zero professionalism there. The girl on the phone was pleasant, just seems like she should be flipping burgers, not taking calls at a vet. And then I wonder, well, if the vet who owns this place allows her business to run like that, then how professional is she/he ? I dont want to 'experiment' using my dog. So, I called another vet and set up an appointment with them. I'll eat the $90 with these guys. (oh, and the next vet didn't require half down in advance either) And, I'll see next Tuesday if they can manage to contact me then when I dont show up.

Today we had to put our oldest of 4 pups down. The Vet and her assistant talked us through every step and cried with us the whole time. They gave us the sweetest paw and nose print before we left. They have cared for our pets over 20 years. I would recommend this Vet 100%!

I absolutely love Gresham Vet. I have moved around a lot and have been to many veterinarians and hands down this is the best. Everyone there is loving and kind to my dogs and welcoming to me. I never feel rushed or forgotten. They take the time to go over all my concerns and even chat for a moment after. This was not the 1st vet I have been to in Tyler either, I will leave a practice if I don't feel it's the right fit, but I have found that fit with Gresham Veterinary.

This veterinary office is wonderful! They are friendly and informative. They only do what is necessary not a whole lot of extras that are not asked for. They also have a wonderful boarding facility next door.

Five stars aren’t enough! Over the years, Dr. Bohanon and her staff have seen all of my animals, including horses. She has met me at closing time, late at night, and Christmas Eve for animal emergencies. Additionally, she has saved the lives of two of my dogs, who spent weeks at her clinic. I believe her practice is more than fair priced. All of the staff is amazing. Crystal is simply a phenomenal person and exceptional veterinarian.

Gresham vet is such a wonderful place. The people are friendly, and they really seem to love my fur baby. If I need help loading him in the car, they are always helpful. I highly recommend Gresham Veterinarian and Dr. Bohanan.

I love the everyone at the Gresham clinic. They are all so friendly and caring. They treat your fur babies like their own. We ha e to make some tough decisions when it came to our babies and they always tried to make it as easy as possible. I would suggest them to anyone who wants their babies cared for like you would yourself. They truly are the best!

Such nice people. The dogs that came in were very happy to see them, wagging tails & almost running toward the vet in happy a ticipTion. All employees (& the Goldens behind the desk) were extra accommodating.
