Went in for a $5 tarp, came out with an engine hoist, three flashlights, and a power inverter I’ll never use. The line was longer than a church potluck. One guy tried to pay in quarters, another argued over a coupon from 2012. By the time I checked out, I was on a first-name basis with everyone in line—including the cashier’s cousin. Still worth it. Got a free tape measure.

Fun store. Low prices. Clean store stocked well with cheap 100% Chinese tools. You get what you pay for but if you only need it to last for a job or two, there is no cheaper way. I've had good luck with hand tools. I bought a large electric air compressor that has lasted me a decade so the quality has improved.

I came to Harbor Freight for things to finish a project of mine around the farm. Not exactly knowing how much I needed to spend or even if I had everything that I needed, the nicest person helped get me situated. Requana when above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Thank you Requana and Harbor Freight!!!!!!! I have a new place to shop.

The store was clean, and thanks to the app, it was easy to locate the item I was looking for. The lady at check out was nice and friendly. My only complaint, which isn't store related, was that the item i got was a tool storage, and it smelled strongly of chemicals new out of the box.

I dread going into Lowe’s or HD and help is very hard to find there. At HF I can check what isle the item is at by using their website so I’m in and out. Help is never too far if I have a question, either.

The warranty on select Hercules tools is 5 years now this is in beatable considering the hassle free warranty replacement because otherwise if you buy any other place just about you have to send it off or pay some kind of massive price in order to get your product replaced but if you buy Pittsburgh tools icon or certain tool brands Bauer or Hercules otherwise you can just bring it to the counter or pass small fee to get a warranty extended for certain items and it's no BS you just bring it to the counter and your phone number or email and they give you a replacement if I paid for a premium tools and they last a certain amount of time but break that's no good for me

You know I came to this place after a horrible experience with another business. Their prices are just too high. So I came to Harbor Freight and explained my situation to Manny and Randy. Between the two of these gentlemen they not only got what I needed but half the price of where I just came from. Thanks to the amazing customer service and prices I've found my new place to get my projects done.

I've only been in this store a few times over the last few years as I don't have as much of a need for it anymore. But the cashier i had the last visit which was recently was probably the friendliest and nicest employee I've ever experienced at a harbor freight ever. I use to be in one multiple times a week.
This store has wide isles and always clean and organized.
Parking can suck when it's busy. Plenty of spaces. Just tight parking sometimes.
Their location placement can be a bit of pain to get to and get out of. Bad spot with heavy traffic congestion on the loop. Have to make a couple of u-turns just to visit and get back to where im going. Which may contribute to not visiting as much unless absolutely needed.
