From the moment I went in the store I was greeted by a staff member named Cat/Kat. She was very knowledgable about the furniture and was able to understand my vision and guided me through the process of buying almost everything for my new home. She went above and beyond and remains in touch via phone/text to let me know of any changes. I would highly recommend you ask for Cat when going to Haverty’s.

The store is really nice. A lady by the name of Cat helped me. She made it a very easy process. She stayed in touch with me until my delivery. The delivery was an easy process too. The two men were respectful of my house.

Harvey was a well informed sales associate. I told him what I wanted and he took us straight to the perfect sofa and chairs. He was attentive and kind making the purchase smooth. Christie makes the financial end of the purchase extremely easy. Quality furniture, quality sales associate, and quality office personnel equals 5 star experience.

I worked with Harvey who was very professional and helped me make my selection. He saw my vision and understood what I was looking for. He let me know that he could have the furniture delivered to Mansfield. I loved that he came over to shake my hand once I advised him I was seeing if your store had military discount. He didn’t say your husband was in the military because females serve our country as well. The last experience I had with that store I was advised the clearance items were in the back like I didn’t have money. Harvey changed my mind to continue to shop there and be respected so yes I will be back to work with him.

Our shopping experience was awesome because of our sales lady, Mary Jackson. She’s amazing and a delight. Jordan, the store manager, also makes shopping there so easy and convenient. Delivery guys are great too. All around great experience from beginning to end.
