I've been going here for about 4 or 5 years now and the last 5 times I've seen Cierra and she does magic with the clippers. I have not had one bad haircut since I've seen her. The environment is very relaxed and they always offer you a drink as soon as ur checked in, which Is nice. 10 out of 10

Cierra did a fantastic job cutting my longish mess of hair into a stylish medium length cut. The massage was fantastic, they listened and advised, the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Cierra did a great job on my long beard. A+ . Plus I got some saw dust smelling beard balm rubbed on it.

My experience here with Pebbles was not a good one. To start off with, she was five minutes late for our appointment. The haircut itself, which I paid an exorbitant amount for, was not at all what I asked. The area that I specifically asked her not to trim too far back was the area that she cut the shortest. It took eight months of growth to get that part of my hair long enough to pull back into my ponytail, and within half an hour Pebbles had managed to erase all of that growth. I shouldn’t be surprised she failed to listen to what I wanted, as most of the appointment she was turned around chatting with her coworkers across the room behind her. There were even times when she cut me off to turn around and begin a new topic with her coworkers. I will not be returning to Headquarters, I received the worst haircut of my life for the highest cost of any haircut in my entire life.

My husband has gone here the last few times to get his hair cut. He always has a great experience with Pebbles who always does a great job. His last few appointments there was a mix up with his work schedule and customers so he called in to cancel. He got a call back saying that he had to pay a cancellation fee (which was never discussed previously) this was just sprang on him. Since when did this business implement a cancellation fee? I didn’t find anywhere in their website where this is even stated. If you all have cancellation fees, they need to be thoroughly discussed while said customer is making an appointment. Not out of the blue, just because you feel like adding fees. Usually cancellation fees are given when someone "no show's" but my husband had the curtesy to call in and let them know ahead of time. Anyway, it was agreed upon with whomever he spoke with that the fee would be waived. He made another appointment. Come appointment day, the receptionist (?) called him to confirm his appointment and told him he had to pay a previous cancellation fee. My husband let her know that the lady he spoke with previously had waived the fee. She put him on hold and when she came back she said she didn't see those notes. So he said she could cancel his appointment and wouldn't be back ever again. This is not smart business practice. My husband would go in and pay $70+ And tip - biweekly/ monthly. And they lost a customer...over a petty $20 unnecessary, greedy fee. That $20 was more important apparently.
