Great customer service and price. Needed a car quickly and they got me in one within 15 min. Also didnt need car as long as expected and they told me i would have to call customer service about refund. I thought oh no, here we go. But they immediatley refunded card for days i didnt need it. Will definitley use again.

I had a great experience all the way around. The staff were friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes when I picked up the vehicle and when I returned it!

If you're renting a car in Tyler, this is where you need to rent it. Jayla is amazing and very kind, knowledgeable and patient. Renting a car can be stressful, but she made it painless and the check in took 5 minutes. I hope to see her again on my next rental. This doesn't surprise me though, management has taught her well. Thank you Rox!

Apparently, Hertz charges a wear and tear fee for exterior dust and interior grass. They expect customers to detail cars before returning them. Surprise, there is a $250 fee.

Awful service experience from start to finish.
I reserved a specific car, and the day I came to pick it up they said “sorry, we don’t have one”. Got stuck with some random Kia.
Customer service here is insane. Few despondent employees, long lines, and even longer wait times.
Go to enterprise and save yourself the pain.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Hertz car rental location on Loop 323. The light-skinned lady who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Despite going through the rental process, she seemed put off by my presence and had a displeased look on her face. When she informed me that my car was outside, I asked if we had a choice of vehicles, considering my family's size. She falsely claimed that Hertz doesn't offer choices, which contradicts my previous experiences with the company. I brought to her attention a sign on her desk highlighting various options, including XL SUVs and trucks. Her response was defensive, and she called over another agent. The new agent was professional and helpful, explaining that they were experiencing a vehicle shortage. While I understand that shortages can occur, I was disappointed in the way I was treated. I would not recommend Hertz car rental on Loop 323 and suggest that the GM review the security footage and reassess their hiring practices. As a long-time customer, I was disappointed to be treated this way, and I will share my experience with friends and family.

There appeared to be a fresh semen stain in the back seat. Hit me with over $100 in fraudulent fees. Said they would refund me when I called them about it. Never refunded me. Go to enterprise, they’re much cheaper, and cleaner.

I had everything set up even did online check in just to find out at the office that it would cost me 500 dollars deposit for using a debit card they could have told me that before hand now my plans fell through and I needed to go see a sick family member. Not happy at all

I remember when you could rent on the weekend. Pick up Saturday and drop off on Sunday. Now they are not open on Weekends so you are forced to rent and pay for three days!

I had an unexplained charge from this location on my credit card statement. Called about and it was removed they couldn't explain why I was charged. So be careful with this location they will go back and charge your card weeks after you returned a rental....Make sure to check your bank statements. This has messed up my whole New Years vacation.....

Horrible customer service, the fella I spoke, with Darius I believe, was rude and could not communicate well and used slangs words and poor dialect.
To top that off they close at 4 which is ridiculous as most folks can't leave work till 3:30 or even 5.
They also did not have any cars available when we reserved it the day before.
