I been to this location three times, I'm a vibe and energy individual, and though they have some nice clothes and sales. My goodness, the times I've visited this location the energy, and vibe, was completely off. I mean, literally, as soon as you walk through the door. Don't look to be greeted, the women see you, and walk fastly away, or won't make eye contact with you lol. It's like they don't want you speaking to them, or asking for assistance. Another lady, that was in the store when I was in there. Was saying how she had a question about a price, and one of the girl's kept walking acting like she couldn't hear her. And then, if you ready to check out, no one is at the counter. You have to hunt one of them down in the corner on they phones. Then they act like you messing up they day by checking out lol. Smh, bottom line, customer service at this location sucks! I would give no stars, but wanted to be able to comment. Anyway, I left the same time as the other lady did. I didn't buy anything this time, and won't be back. Like I quoted above, the energy, and vibe was off in there. I felt weird, and unwelcomed, so, I left....

Was told the changing rooms close at five, but they wouldn’t let us in 17 minutes before the closing room time.. If management is reading this, you need to make sure your closing room time is clearly written. The staff is taking advantage and trying to close up early and after speaking with the manager, Joe he would not let us try on anything Even though it goes against their own policy. Very upset you wasted our time, even after talking with Joe more than 10 minutes before the changing rooms closed after spending hours shopping He would not let us try on a thing. Will not be returning. This is an easy way to lose customers. Please stop doing this.

We did not find many clothing options that fit taller people, but I suppose that's what is so special about Amazon.

I came in with my kids and it’s obviously not easy to shop with 2 toddlers who are whining. I felt extremely uncomfortable by the employee who is on a scooter. She kept side eyeing my daughters and I and just going by us looking us up and down. I’m a customer and I should be able to shop without being judged because my kids are crying. She just kept passing by us looking at my kids ugly.

I am 65 and still find charming pieces I can wear here. I often order online H&M. The prices are so low. Garments on not highest quality but very cute and congruent with pricing. Fast deli and fresh styles and colors!

I like h&m overall. It does seem as though the quality of clothes went down hill. When you wash clothes from h&m the shrink incredibly, wear out fast and look old after washing. I’ve tried to give this h&m a chance but the employees of this store are very rude. This is one of those stores that you, the customer, that pays the employees wages , have to greet the employees because they definitely won’t greet you. I went to the register and the lady working it just looked at me and didn’t say a word so I asked her how she was doing and she said” fine” and couldnt care less about returning the courtesy. I’m done shopping at places that don’t appreciate the customers business. I’ve never asked for special treatment and I’m always very polite with people and all I ask is that you are the same to me and this store does not understand that. Bye bye h&m

This place is great for stylish clothes that won't break the bank. The clothes may not be of the highest quality, but it's still worth the modest price. Last time I went the employees were helpful as well. We couldn't find the right size for my daughter so they let us take the shirt off the mannequin as that was the only one in her size. Nice clothes, good prices, and good customer service.
