“Went in yesterday searching for a firm mattress, wife and I. We had searched two days prior, and felt a little drained. Then a salesman came and I thought here comes another pushy team dude looking to make a buck!! Was i surprised to find out- not the case at all. This guy's name was Rodger, he was very down to earth and personable! Not only did he land the mattress we so desperately needed and wanted, but it almost made us feel as if we got away with something. Anyway he's the type of guy you would want to sit around, and hang with Thank you So Much Rodger!”

“I had so much fun shopping the holiday decor. It was difficult to stay within my budget. I purchased one incorrect item and returned it without any fuss. The only fault that I found with the store was that the isles were too small. As one other shopper put it, "Each isle is only wide enough for one person and there is already one associate restocking on it." Items are good quality and seem to be appropriately priced. FRIENDLY SALES STAFF.”

“I came to this store unexpectedly to return an item I had purchased from another Kendra Scott store that I had a horrible experience at. The two ladies were so helpful and were also so attentive. I made several requests to see items from the back and they seemingly had no problem although I'm sure it was a pain lol

“The store manager Clayton was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions!: Clayton was very patient while I tried most every power recliner in the store! He was able to lead me to the perfect recliner.I will go back to Clayton when I am ready for more furniture. I have been in customer service positions most of my working life, so I know good service! The only down side is the color leather I wanted for my recliner was not in stock and I had to order it. But I can't wait for it to be delivered!

“I wish all Ross stores were this way. First off I'm from California, got stranded in texas and happened to be by Tyler and needed clothes. The place was clean, quiet, and cool. The ladies were both beyond nice, they let me use the restroom, and when I finally reached the counter the lady with the blue hair apologized for the lady in front taking a little longer then usual do to a return that was not processing on the computer. She thanked me for being patient. One of the best customer services I ever experienced.”
