Great place to stay! Quiet, clean, spacious suites, light breakfast, Texas waffles and responsive staff. Great water pressure and no problems at all with hot water, as previous reviews stated.

The primary reason for one star is we were told upon checking in that they would charge our credit card an additional $50 PER NIGHT that was not part of the price stated when I booked the room. We were told this would be refunded when we left. It was not refunded. I have called to get this resolved. Management was supposed to call me with a resolution. I have heard nothing and it has been three weeks. Overall, the hotel was very disappointing and not up to brand standards. Room was not clean. Mold along tub caulk. Worn and damaged furniture. Front desk was less than friendly or helpful. The hotel desperately needs refurbished. Lobby is the only part that is in good shape. Breakfast was okay but they were out of many items. Yogurt was past expiration date and inedible when opened.

Not the best, nobody manned the breakfast bar, which resulted in no food or coffee. I understand it's Christmas but if you are going to pay staff to work double time and I am a paying customer you should provide the services. Room fold out couch was in op and the quality of the amenities are subpar. Big Hilton fan but not this hotel, needs work.

NO HOT WATER!! I stayed in a 4th floor room, got up in the a.m. and started the shower. Waited, waited, waited, and no hot water... when I called down to the front desk, the answer I received was...when many people are showering at the same time, there isn't always hot water, as if it were an acceptable explanation. He said I would just have to wait for hot water to be available. As a Diamond member, traveling nearly 3 weeks out of every month, I have NEVER had this happen! And to have this lack of this basic necessity treated with such lack of caring and urgency is staggering. As I am writing this review, I have had the water in both the sink and shower running. Still no hot water. Now I'm going to be late for work. Unbelievable.

Absolutely DISGUSTING property. Not maintained. Rude morning staff. Breakfast was terrible. Broken couch and DIRTY bed sheets already on the pull out bed - that would NOT pull out correctly!

There were quirks with the room, but nothing devastating! I told them at check out about the stuff. They can’t fix what they don’t know! The biggest perk was I lost my favorite hoodie and they found it and called me. That’s a 10 star effort there! Plus location for me was great right down the road from the Mother in law’s….

NO HOT WATER for a shower, manager was pleasant but didn’t have a solution. Deplorable condition of property, owner doesn’t maintain it.The breakfast wasn’t up to par, compared with other Hilton chains. This location should be omitted from Hilton. The owner has NO INTENTION OF replacing carpets, a piece of plywood was covering the spa, torn fencing on the so called sports court, landscaping is poor, yet the price is the highest in Tyler.The owner replies to the reviews like he cares, but it’s just lip service.We are Diamond Hilton Honors members.

The beds were good, soft and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This may sound weird, but the pillows were to die for. Breakfast was great lots of options. Good coffee. 2 main complaints and why it’s not 5 stars. Issues with the hot water , like as in went to take a shower and there wasn’t any. Notified the front desk and they were aware of problem. And had hot water within 20 minutes. Upon leaving the room last night there my husband noticed the window had something on it and when he looked it appeared as though someone tried the mentos dropped in coke experiment. Again front desk was notified and they apologized for the inconvenience. The staff was super nice and felt bad, but it didn’t hender our stay at all, so it didn’t bother us. Overall would recommend and will be back on next work trip.

I stayed for 2 nights - a Diamond Member of Hilton. Wanted to test this hotel. The room thermostat didn’t work for two nights, the water in the sink did not drain completely. Had to use the tub for everything. (And it’s a King Suite - upgraded ??)..Notified front desk twice via phone from the room, and in person at the desk. Second day they verified the work order is in the system but no one followed through. The front desk associate was nice, and apologized. He had no other staff to follow through as it’s past business hours.I wish a manager would have called me. This is ridiculous and I am sure the previous people who stayed here had the same issues and the hotel knows and this doesn’t seem to be a new issue in this room. Will never stay here and do not recommend anyone staying here. There are other better hotels in Tyler!Rooms: Substandard.Noteworthy details: Poor quality of maintenance and service recovery

I truthfully am only writing this review about Cristine. The second we walked in we were greeted with an amazing personality and only what I can describe as the best customer service i’ve ever received. Extremely welcoming and truthfully happy to help. I honestly would drive all the way back out here just to stay and get to see Cristine again.
