Accepting of everyone and always helpful. Great customer service 100%. Top store because of the staff. They have a great in store selection, but we also like how you can order online and pick up in store if they don't have your size.

We went into the Broadway Square location mid afternoon while there were three girls working. No one greeted us when we walked in, asked if we needed help, or said anything when we left. Instead, they chatted with eachother the entire time we were in the store. Customer service is definitely lacking at this location.

We love the t-shirts that they sell here. Great designs and decent prices.Didn't like the mask policy, especially since none of the employees wear them correctly anyways.Need to run a second register. When we were there, 5 people were in line behind us and it took almost 10 mimutes to check us out. And people were practically right on top of us.The employees need to learn some communication skills. No personality and they all look scared and depressed. Just members of the participation trophy/Facebook generation, I assume.Come on guys. Get your s*** together. The things that I mentioned above are why most folks buy online. Try to make the in-person shopping more enjoyable and you will pack your store all day long. We will shop online from now on.
