Absolutely the worst Hot Topic I've ever been in. The vibe was completely off. It was just like a regular department store :( definitely not the Hot Topic vibe that has always been. The lights were on & bright, the music was weird and just the whole store dynamic seemed very basic store next door, hopefully its just this location and not the new norm.

Accepting of everyone and always helpful. Great customer service 100%. Top store because of the staff. They have a great in store selection, but we also like how you can order online and pick up in store if they don't have your size.
