Logan and his crew made this one of the easiest car purchases I’ve ever made. They’re honest and have a great selection of some of the harder to find vehicles. I recommend them 100%.

First off I wanted to thank House of Cars for providing such an amazing car and experience for me. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I had to get another vehicle quickly. I was lucky enough to be referred to House of Cars and immediately felt like a friend once I met Jaron. He was so kind and knowledgeable about the whole process. Since this was going to be the first car I finance, naturally, I was a little worried that I’d be dealing with some sales man pressure to get an expensive car or just be lead astray. I can say that was definitely not the case here. I can see they value their customers and are 100% amazing, down to earth people. If you’re looking for a car this is the place to go!! I was able to test drive cars and did not feel rushed at all! They were very realistic with what I could afford and they partner with a very good credit union for financing. I can not thank them enough for a great experience and dare I say FUN experience. I will definitely be going back whenever we need a new car. Although my new Subaru Ascent is here to stay for the long run because I am loving everything about it.

Purchased a 2014 BMW X6M and immediately had check engine issues on the day of delivery. Logan informed me that the engine was rebuilt in Oklahoma and showed me the receipt and assured me the ECU was original. I was also informed that the shop would honor their warranty for any engine issue. Upon calling on the shop who performed the engine rebuilt, I was told that warranty expired and nothing they can do. I brought the car to BMW dealership and they found out that the ECU was from another car (with sharpie marking written on it, I still have the part) and was not properly programmed to the motor. Ended up costing me $5000+ for a brand new ECU installed and programmed at the BMW dealership, who also found that ignition coils were from other non-M BMW models and the infotainment system (CIC module) was also salvaged parts. I'm posting after 8 months to give it enough time to only provide facts, not emotions.

Originally I found out about the sale of a Seadoo Spark on Facebook Marketplace. Then found the Spark on the House of Cars website. The Spark was advertised for over two weeks as a 2023 model. I asked the dealership to confirm the details of the vehicle March 24th 2024. They said it was in clean condition with only 16 hours on it. I followed up today asking about the color of the Spark. I noticed that the color of the Spark advertised was not offered in 2023. The response was “I was wrong, it’s a 2021” I find it very surprising that a dealership doesn’t know the model year of a vehicle they have advertised on line for over 2 weeks. I asked for a reduction in the price because a 2021 is not worth as much as a 2023. The House of Cars representative even admitted to me about the price “it’s fair for a 21, it’s cheap for a 23” and went further saying “I’m not negotiating. It will sell tomorrow” I am disappointed that no attempt was made to try and make things right and try and earn my business. House of Cars made a mistake, I did not. In my experience, this dealership is not very customer service friendly and accommodating. Just very defensive.The representative even accused me of just being mad because I did not get a reduction in the price. I have every right to ask for a price reduction based on changes in the model year. Buyer beware.Just sharing my experience.
