terrible service....this year they pretty much prefer men as they took advantage of me having covid no one has contacted me!!!!! go in with covid..haha no. i had c19 at the time of filing...treated me like skim i had a mask and a hat what in the world do i need to do to get yhe word out . mack was good and sweet . however yesss she did it wrong not us not me. all i need are my fees back ...was completely chewed a new one by manager!!! unacceptable i used to be a general manager of shoe carnival for about 8 or 9 years i am disabled now however i have not gotten my disability approved i have scoliosis and neuropathy so to come at me like that and oh your husband's not here now we're separated he's not my ex yet it's coming but no we're separated i have my card now i want my fees back who do i need to contact you guys need to contact me actually you know what i'm kind of scared so i might have police accompany me there maybe that would be the best option. maybe i should of waited prep did taxes wrong not me! god bless you and please stay safe.

Kendra & Andre worked very hard to troubleshoot problems and get my taxes done as soon as possible. Kendra knew I was already stressed with my deployment so she was very calm and patient with me.
