Hunter’s Glen is an amazing property. We were very happy there for 7 years. The staff is great and friendly. We had almost no maintenance issues, and the few minor ones that we did have were solved almost immediately. The grounds are kept beautifully, the residents are quiet and the location is perfect; right in the center of everything you could want. I highly recommend Hunter’s Glen to anyone that is looking for an apartment in the Tyler area.

This was one of the best apartments I have ever rented. The place was very clean and 100% make ready when I moved in. They were kind and respectful and the maintenance came right away anytime there was an issue which was rare. I appreciate Jan at Hunters Glen for having me and I will reach out to them if I ever need a place to stay again. Great place to live!!!

I highly recommend this amazing place. It is one of the best places that you can find in Tyler. They have the best staff, amazing service, safe place and more importantly, very convenient price. Their location is very close to almost everywhere. Additionally, there is a huge beautiful trail near it, and the community itself is also good for an evening walk.

My wife and I loved our stay at Hunter’s Glen. Management was great and took care of any issues right away. The only reason I’m leaving is because my wife passed away and I’m having to downsize. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking.

I really enjoyed my 2 years at Hunters Glen. Management communicates via text and email if there is ever an emergency or something we should know such as dripping the faucet to prevent pipes from freezing or any reported crime although, I never had an issue with crime and I have always felt extremely safe. My neighbors are very nice and we look out for another. For the price, my apartment was roomy and pretty up to date. Never a problem with any appliance. My rent did go up after the first year but even still it was affordable for what I gotThe only problem I had was with maintance - they are nice and fairly responsive however when I first moved in my dining room blind snapped (it’s a very wide blind) I let the office know and maintance came and replaced the wand to the blind and left the broken part hanging. They then wrote off the work order as complete when the wand was never the problem. I work a crazy schedule so I didn’t bother calling back and fighting it

Hunter's Glen Apartments, Tyler, TX, has been an outstanding place to live! After living there twelve years, I highly recommend the Apartment complex because it felt like a home and the staff felt like a family. It is a clean and safe environment and I will think on my times there with fond memories!

I should clarify that I moved out of my apartment about 8 months ago. An awesome apartment community! Mgmt. is super fast to respond to issues and ALWAYS delivered an A+ result! Maintenance and the overall physical plant is managed exceedingly well. Highly recommend. I still know 3 people who have lived there for MANY years.

Very quiet place. We rarely hear our make noise. It’s affordable and within 5 minutes or less to everything in south tyler. The maintenance team is always here with urgency as well

Really nice location in town, within walking distance of Rose Rudman park. A lot of rules and policies but for good reason. I have had no major issues in 5 years living here, just the typical apartment life and neighbor notices. I would recommend here if you are moving to town.

This community cuts corners on everything from the water heater connections to making sure the pools are properly maintained and safe for the residents. City already shut down the pools this year due to unsafe water conditions. The staff is given bonuses on how quickly apartments are "flipped" so don't expect your safety or family's safety to be a high priority when that's cash they won't make for making sure the electrical outlets are safe and the apartment is up to code. Bottom line ... don't risk your family!!

I lived here for 9 years, and would definitely return if I needed an apartment in Tyler again. The complex is pretty quiet, clean, and regularly maintained. Staff has always been quick to respond to maintenance requests, even with changes in personnel over the years. Management is good about letting you know by text or email if there is going to be any major maintenance that requires something like water being shut off to your building for awhile.I did have a couple of minor negatives, but these are likely unavoidable in apartment living. First of all, the rent increases every year. While the rent and increases aren't exorbitant, it might be an issue if you live on a fixed or limited income. Secondly, there is some outside noise that comes in through windows and exterior walls. I often worked shifts that required sleep during the day, and would have to wear ear plugs to sleep on lawn maintenance days, or if some of the neighbor kids were playing outside. With that being said, I rarely heard anything from the attached apartments in my building.Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Hunter's Glen, and would recommend it to others.

I've lived here for a little over 5 years. The manager and assistant manager are always kind and professional. If you are looking for a quiet, well managed, family friendly apartment home you must check out Hunter's Glen!
