Worst place ever. The lady didn’t cut or file my nails, nor did she push down my cuticles. She didn’t do anything to prep my nails—she just put the nail on and rushed through the design, which looked nothing like the inspiration picture. This was truly the worst manicure I’ve ever had.

I had such a wonderful experience at Innova’s nail shop! Innova and her husband do amazing work. The massage was to die for. I have anxiety and I felt like a weight was lifted off my chest after my pedicure. Out of town visitors to Tyler, TX will ONLY come back to Innova’s for our nail service needs. Thank yall!
